Kushe. Well done. I've been debating creating a chat bot case study for my portfolio. I like how you solved for an even bigger problem than just expedited customer service with your chatbot and overall design challenge response.

Honestly, i don't now how she was able t get a job with this shitty presentation. Do you really honestly think that people are going to expect that a bot is going to actually help them gain more users. When we perfromed usability testing, people really are annoyed by bots and even think of not performing any acitvities once they see the option of bot in the app. This idea is so shit.

And here we are with HelloFresh and the people in the hiring process, asking for an unethical design challenge.

Guys, unless you are not swimming in a sea of s*** and so you do not know how to pay the bills, refuse to do this challenges or ask to be paid. Every time you accept one of those challenges even if you could refuse, you are passing the massage to the people in the hiring process, that they are legit and in doing so you damage other designers.

I have seen so many "Case Study Structures" would you say the one you have presented works just as well as any other in the industry (whether in an interview or in my portfolio)? As a new designer, this version seems simple and straightforward.

Lemme tell you I’m on a diet and I lovvvveeeeee the low calorie option that they have now and I was glad they changed the packaging from all the brown paper… I recently got a box and noticed it I said this is so nice!!!

Nice video Sharon, having a stage 3 interview, a design challenge and I am trying to make use of this template of yours but I have a question. From the problem discovery, what if I don’t have a recurring themes or patterns from users pain-points how then do I approach it? Solve all pain-points or prioritize them maybe using the impact/ effort matrix?
