TDLR - This strategy will work on blogs, not on service pages. Service pages will always need the relevant keywords regardless of competition. Yes its too bad large companies have grandfathered those keywords, but your going to have to compliment a great content strategy in blogs to use low competition keywords.

Thanks for the information! However, a few comments... I'm listening with headphones on, and you're not using a pop filter for your microphone, so it keeps popping continuously and that's unpleasant. Secondly: articulate. Don't swallow parts of your words... You'll get it right.

This is really amazing video Julia.
What about the keyword research method? Have you automated it like the content creation process?

One thing I've only seen one YT'er mention, and only in 1 of their many keyword research videos, is the (in this example) 24.9 MILLION results that come up with the keyword search "why to choose me as your realtor" in SemRush.

I was about to publish my AI generated, but HEAVILY edited, blog post. But, when I saw that 16M other people had articles with the same/similar topic, I just got super de-motivated. I went down the rabbit hole of looking at a lot of the different post and what was their analysis information score.

A lot even had a high number of URL keywords (50 to 200), decent AS score (20 to mid 30s) , and 10 to 30 backlinks. And, they were in the last 50 of the top 100 list. The articles were posted within the past 6 months AND the keyword KD was only 20 for that longform keyword topic.

And, I know by the time you get to Google page 3, most of the topics are only loosely related to your original search. But, some of these still even had the exact keyword topic in the header of the article...

I just cant imagine why my post would place anywhere near the top 50, when these others didn't😥

JULIA = (1) the Moz score for the KW phrase "why choose me as your realtor" is 7. In my opinion, the Moz KD score is the most accurate metric when analyzing KD as you can see what sites are ranking instead of blindly trusting a tool. (2) There are at least 5 related keywords to your target keyword but they have no MSV. (3) In my opinion "search" may be dead with the coming of google generative search. As much as 80 to 90% of search may be replaced by generative search. (4) Excellent content as always. Thanks.

Hey Julia, I just watched your video and I must say that it was really informative and well-made. I loved your videos. I was wondering if I could help you edit your videos and also make highly engaging shorts for you?
