this video makes no sense. If country is at war, there should not be peaceful life for anyone - peoples are fighting!
that means:
- all cafes restaurants closed down
- food sold at supermarket only very basic - potatos, pumpkin Garbuz, some pork, some corned beef from American military reserves
- no private cars - all cars confiscated for the front; only government vehicle, military, police, and public transport.
- no private sale of petrol/gas
- no laughing or jokes
- all shops especially expensive boutiques shut down. only basic clothes and shoes available, cheap cotton chinese basic clothe
- all banks closed; only Savings Bank available; all deposits over 50,000 Hryvnya confiscated and bonds issued for surplus amount
- all men must wear a special large badge demonstracting that they are exempt from military service and why. All fighting men to be sent to frontline. Women mobilized for non frontline duty such as communications, headquarters secetarial nurses etc
- and so on. If you watch this video, it creates a very misleading picture that everything is fine and cool, which is not really.
