I suffer often right now i have 43+ all at once all over my mouth as far down as I can count. You think this works in cases like mine? Think again

Got rid of dairy. No more canker sores.

And i have 10 of them right now.. i just drink cold water to ease the pain and put some daktarin... done all the tricks on the book but not working.

Can I have one on the roof of my mouth

Now I have trust issues when it comes to toothpaste.

I used to use a cup of warm water with baking soda. And it worked. But last time I got one of these, I used water with borax. It also worked lol

You can also hold honey in your mouth around the affected areas and it helps as well

Do you know why i keep having frequent canker sores, when one or two goes away, another two or three comes, this has gone on for a while and idk how to treat it

A few days ago I used a new toothpaste that has a strawberry scent, and I got one canker sore, then I just checked and it has sls 😭 luckily I only used it one time

What the causes of canker sores? Like is from not brushing teeth or anything of the sorts

I have them for like mora than a year, once a time I had 16 of them in mouth and some in throat, still I have 2-3 constantly and also have rashes on private parts and armpits, I can't find the solution for it

I suffer with canker sores frequently. The salt water solution works a treat. They heal pretty quickly, days rather than two, three weeks.

saltwater helps i also just put salt on the canker sore and it seems to have stop hurting so thanks 💙💙

What I found the best way to help prevent and help symptoms (I had braces and would cut my mouth thus being highly acceptable to sores) RINSE YOUR MOUTH WITH MOUTHWASH EVERY NIGHT, ✨this absolutely saved me when I had braces✨

For instant relief just put a 1/4 teaspoon of coffee on the sore. It will sting for a bit but will provide 24 hours of relief

Well I found Sodium Laureth Sulfate in my toothpaste 😂 I assume it does the same haha
