Took you 2.5h to make this track, it could take me about 2.5years. omg!
ОтветитьHi LNA....Cool Video! Where can i get those grooove templates? Is it just a nice gimmick of Ableton or where can i get this cool stuff :) Cheers
ОтветитьHey! Thanks for the video, super useful. Unsure if I might of missed it but what software are you using throughout to create the track?
ОтветитьYou are toooo fast.
Ответитьwow, this is amazing, I can feel you!
ОтветитьTo be honest, the track is not my cup of tea. And personally, I prefer playing the stuff myself into Ableton. But I honor the fact that it was a challenge.
Since I've switched from BandLab Studio to Ableton in May, I've created a whole bunch of tracks. In the backflip I would say, some of them should better have been unreleased on SoundCloud. And some of them will stay unreleased. Due to this I can totally agree to the thought to get things done. Because well, you may filter an idea to your next brilliant track out of those stuff you don't like.
Btw, I like your way of presenting your content. Thumbs up, keep going!
just listened to the final result and... absolutely beginner track with no mixing , no automation, poor fx etc . put that track into a dancefloor and see how everyone goes to a bar. as a first track it is maybe ok
Ответитьabla her şeyi mastera attıktan sonrası yok bende aq
ОтветитьThank you you're a blessing
Ответитьwhat did you pressed when you pressed that ?😀
ОтветитьLove it !
ОтветитьI like the goofy way that you teach...
ОтветитьThis video was great, but it only seemed to focus only on Ableton Live. And it was super fast for beginners.
ОтветитьI got a lot of respect for you. I learn a huge amount here.
But your stuff doesn‘t groove.
It kills me. If you only knew groove a little. Look into it and your stuff will fly for sure.
A lot to like about your track. The arpeggiated sound in your intro creates a great vibe, nice chords too & when it comes back in. Like the lyrics too
ОтветитьHey :) I wasn't able to find wavetable on my Abelton, is it something that comes with the DAW or do I have to DL it?
ОтветитьThanks!
ОтветитьDoes segue count on a studio album 💿 LNA why does it transfer to one’s song to another and also my cousin Stephanie boyfriend Danny Crooke said if you skip ⏭ a track like sanctify or deeper you won’t be able to find out where segue happens aka continue without a pause happend so my question is do I have to listen 👂 to the whole entire track from start to end to know when will the segue happens and also why is segue is a artistic choice and also why does it furthers the story on a while album 💿 like feeder polythene and foo fighters there is nothing left to lose and also does segue count on a studio album 💿 when song structure aka the arrangement and also the song writing ✍️ aka male story while listening 👂 to a recording studio album 💿?
ОтветитьYour content is so great for a beginner producer. Such a helpful video. Followed it from start to.. "Finnish". .... Ill see myself out..
ОтветитьHi where are you
ОтветитьGood stuff
ОтветитьThese types of tutorials are like most wanted ((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((())))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))0
ОтветитьNice work, to say you did this in around 2.5 hours you have a good foundation to work from.Personally in ultra rare cases if i am lucky and get a track sequenced in say around 3 hours, it still needs mixing and mastering.
As for knowing when a song is finished? i suppose its raising the bar to your own expectations & abilities of what you would consider worth listening to, but also having the ability to be your own worse critic. When that is satisfied then it's kind of finished. Anyway good work. all the best. 👍
Great videos learning so much. 👌 I do have a question about equipment are you using Mac or PC? Thanks best wishes John
ОтветитьThanks so much
ОтветитьHi Liina, Thank You for putting this great tutorial up on your channel. I will be trying to create my first track via this method. It has inspired me to stop procrastinating, and get down to actually making some music.
ОтветитьMuch good content, appreciate!
ОтветитьAbsolute classic💢💢
ОтветитьI've discovered something of a similar workflow idea recently.
For the past few weeks I've set myself the goal of producing a track in about an hour each time, from start to finish. One of the liberating things of the time constraint, as you suggest yourself, is that whether the end result is good doesn't matter all that much, more that you repeatedly go through the process.
By repeatedly going through the process, much like an instrumentalist practises their instrument, you refine your workflow, add new features to techniques at bit at a time, and regularly revising stuff learned earlier.
If necessary (and with an hour constraint it is often necessary), 'cheat' as much as necessary (though I always aim to be honest about what is original and what is not).
My first couple of weeks I was just playing with trance construction kits, with zero originality, with the aim of practising basic arrangement and learning what goes where. The overall philosophy is then to focus on improving one particular 5% of the overall workflow, and basically cheating and using shortcuts for everything else.
Gradually the hope is to then wean oneself off of the 'cheats and shortcuts'. Going from other peoples loops to my own, from other people's presets to mine, doing more and more of my own creative manipulation, and so on.
But, importantly, always doing things in the context of making a track, with a defined time limit and a rough idea of the endpoint.
I like your channel by the way.
🙌 loved it!
ОтветитьRight off this video is interesting for many ways. Most for me is the insight to how you're doing this as a self challenge. Also liked watching where the inspiration began and where you felt the next steps were and explained why. Great content!
ОтветитьWow what a vid!!! you've help me more in this video than my 5 years of music production in college.😂 started to resize less is more with house music cheers
ОтветитьNice… I like the quick work flow for a quick foundation/base of a track.
ОтветитьKiitos for a great video yet again! 🙏 The timing was perfect: I have a free week ahead, so I decided to challenge myself and make a new song. (Now it's out there, so I'll have to do it. 😆)
Ответитьanother great video. looking forward to trying it out with the hints and tips. Enjoying the track as well. :)
ОтветитьAmazing. Love these deep house mood, very 90s ❤
ОтветитьYou're just brilliant 👍🏻
ОтветитьIt is really helpfull and deal with the exact feeling I have sometimes. Especially when you cannot sing by yourself, you try to start in another frustrated way. Thx for this point of view.
ОтветитьGet well soon!
ОтветитьAwesome work LNA 😌🤘
