I think the scary part about fatui is not in its strengh but in its mind game. see how deep they corrupted inazuma, they even negotiate with geo archon on even ground.. thats speak how deep rooted is fatui in teyvat... we still in early sumeru but dottore seems corrupted sumeru very deep as well.
