Great lesson. Work as expected but won't work when running elevated mode. Took me a while to figure it out.

Hello I'm looking to do this effect but when I drag a label that is already loaded inside the form. The label had a draggable property which allows me to drag around the form but when I do this and drag it over the panel, the panel won't change. Do you have any idea of how to do it?
