building an entire APARTMENT COMPLEX in the sims

You should make at least one world a trailer park. Strangerville or Oasis Springs or Del Sol Valley would be good options.

I'm imagining a penthouse kind of situation for this pack. Your sim lives in the nice penthouse on the top floor but your neighbors have small less fancy apartments, and the bottom floor is a lobby with fancy decor.

Speaking of very lucky things. The very first time I tried to make my sims get pregnant she had TRIPLETS!!! YES 3 babies! I thought it was a glitch at 1st when it kept popping up to name them!😂

When I was younger and really into sims I built a 26 unit apartment complex and decorated every apartment differently and watching this now I have no clue how I managed that. This is so well done! I’m so excited to get For Rent

Sure they fixed the stair railing for like a day - it's still there, but now it bleeds through the other room, or the side that runs along the wall shows partially. Love this build - When are you going to review the Simise Townhouse Shell?

How do you make Residental lots into Residental Rental lots in other worlds? In Oasis Springs and Willow Creek for example? I don't have the option to change the lot type....

I had my ranch hand die from meteors while she was working on my lot. I didn't even notice until the meteor had struck and the grim reaper arrived. (in my defense, my ranch was really big)

I hope others want to do your apartments in every world idea! I think it would be super fun to create different styles and themes. These apartments are amazing though!

I'm pretty sure this pack is going to force me to actually get passingly good at decorating houses. Because I'm not really into building in the Sims, decorating and adding clutter is the thing I enjoy the least. But because I want to actually at least try building apartments, I guess I have no choice but to practice and get better.

I love watching your builds! I think it’s such a great idea to build apartments made for the other worlds! I think the vampire and werewolf ones might be the ones I am looking forward to the most. Mostly for the potential of chaos in story telling and gameplay!

Kayla.. why dont you use cowplants to "evict" your tenants? Would that lower your rental ratings?

Talking about laundry in the current build: some older (expensive) homes have dumbwaiters in the bedrooms to link the upper and lower levels for things that would be difficult to carry up many stairs. That could also be the reasoning behind your laundry unit in this build.

PLEAAASE build an apartment in every world!! i love watching you build and i’m so excited to (hopefully) be able to get this pack soon… assuming ea lets me download my sims game again. 😒

I thought it was just my internet ….but on Xbox console with more than 3 units in residential rental build mode it is very laggy and on a 40/30 lot building 5 units it actually froze had to restart the game 😩😩🤦🏽‍♀️

Hmm, if you increase the limit with cheats what happens when you close the game? Do we have to type the cheat every time or will the tenats above that limit idk disappear? The build is wonderful and I would love to play in it but I'm not sure about technicalities
