Okay so the most important question is, do they force employees to come to office because I an situated in goa where they dont have any office ? I want to wfh where occasionally once a month I can visit their bangalore office if required.

What is their WFH policy?

What's the difference between Associate Staff Engineer and Staff Engineer at Nagarro? Which one is a team lead position?

Is it Product based org or service based?

I feel company's experience should include how the experience has been with the client as well. With how Nagarro advertises itself, it should be accountable to how Client acts as well. I have seen many seniors working well past 9-10, even 12.
A Fresher had to be awake till 12-1AM a couple of days in a row and don't get started with how much it differentiates candidates with different colleges. You could well be in the same project, do similar work but get paid in half while other gets double.

That's not to say, Nagarro is a bad company. It excels in many areas and I am glad to have worked with many kind seniors who have made my stay much better than conditions allow.

Product base company interview invitation is very common now a day, only factor is we have to be prepared very well unlike service companies

I get rejected yesterday in Nagarro, can i re aply?

My humble req is y dont you communicate in eng universal lang...im from andhra and couldnt clearly understand

Sir please bring some one who has joined nagarro as a trainee and is now working as ASE. I recently got selected at Nagarro. And please ask them about training period, project allocation and hikes given to fresher. There is a lot discrepancy regarding hikes and project allocation in nagarro. would appreciate if you could do that.🙌🏻
