Mine was here before 2010 I think. I didnt have a keyboard, and my uncle was about to throw it away. I told him i wanted to take it so i am using it now. Is it a mechanical keyboard? Its so good

Still using mine in 2021. The new Dell/HP keyboards now use flatter keys and they are terrible.

this maybe not the best keyboard but hey its durable, and also I got it for free when purchasing a monitor at my local Computer Store, the keyboard I got was Dell SK-8115 it still works fine but I plan to replace it with other keyboard because i need more sensitive more, softer key so I can type faster and precise

This is my son's favorite keyboard, he won't use any mechanical keyboard. even the US Gove, at least in the navy bases I work in uses these Dell L100 Keyboards with/without smart card inputs.

I keep coming back to this video from time to time and I don't know why but it always makes me bit emotional. I remember owning one of these when I got my first own pc back in 2008.

2023 checking in here, this comment typed on the tried and true L100. This ones been in use since the early 2000's easily. Quite literally the only thing to remain after multiple builds, mice, monitors, headsets, hell even desks and chairs! Not generally a fan of Dell, but this keyboard is a golden egg.

I bough one (used of course) yesterday. After disassembly/cleaning looks like new.

I GOTTA share my story with this keyboard! Typing with it as we speak. Was bought by my parents so long ago that I was practically still 5 or 6 and didn't really recall but it came with a new "work" PC for my parents. Years go by and its mostly used by my parents for emails and "general business" and I hit the age of 7 and my friend tells me about this relatively new free game he'd been playing called Roblox. I was hooked and little me was grinding his ass on Roblox day to day on this keyboard that at the time was actually pretty big to his little hands. He got an Xbox 360 at 12. Ol Keyboard eventually got shelved from use around the same time as my dad made the decision to get a Mac. I console game hard from XB360 to XBONE until 2019 when I made the decision to get a PC before I went off to University. End up building a PC and initially buy a Logitech mouse and keyboard to match. Late 2019 and Logi keyboard literally starts to not register shift and various other keys despite attempts to clean and repair. I remember old faithful from the Roblox glory days and went searching and lo and behold, I found it, and have been absolutely mashing it on the daily since 2020, playing Valorant, Halo, CoD and many others with no issues whatsoever. It could be cleaned thoroughly and you'd think it was brand new from look to touch, definitely a special keyboard.

I used this keyboard until just the other day when it sadly broke. Unfortunately I have to get a new keyboard now, and I wish I could stick with this one, but you have to move on.

I have the same style but black and silver with Bluetooth and it's also my daily driver. It's super comfortable and smooth. Great video 💯

I LOVE IT TOO.

I even had one that had a volume control....SAME looking model, just with a knob...and some silver.
