ОтветитьI’m far from flexible the bigger I get the stiffer my muscles become I found using resistance bands helps for some stretches. Just a neat tip for some people
Ответитьgreat routine, I love having shorter stretch options. On cobra, can we go to our fists instead of hands if we have wrist/hand arthritis issues?

ОтветитьI feel like im always so out of wack like in pain and stiff a lot, and cant consistently keep with workouts. So I tried this today and it kicked my butt?? Like i couldnt do most properly or im shaking so much and it feels really hard to keep the position long. Is that supposed to happen? 😂😭

ОтветитьVery good video! Thank you! Do you have the same routine with wrists free. Because of RA, I’m unable to put my palms down flat & unable to put any weight on my hands/ wrists. I used to do that a few years ago with no issues, but now my wrists are affected & difficult to do anything on wrists. I’d love to do this stretching every morning. Thank you so much again!🤗
