Anno 1800 Insanity Difficulty Play through Part 1

its a decent effort but using docklands on a 1 island play (till u assemble a fleet of SotL's to capture 2nd island) is very very cheesy. I watched till your 3rd island capture but from then on, its impossible NOT to steamroll over the AI's.

Wouldn't insanity be to also play the game at max game speed at all times also?

Only problem with watching how efficient and strategic your gameplay is.......I look at my mess (first time campaign playthrough about 20hrs in) and I think I should start over.

with docklands active, there is no such thing as "hard" difficulty.

can I ask how many hours you have in total in anno 1800? I'm trying some of the harder (no where near this) difficulty and I'm struggling hard getting to mid game even. Looking for a veteran in the game to watch :P

The only suggestion is to blueprint out other things while waiting on resources. Otherwise great start.
