ОтветитьThe reason you miss 2016 is cuz you didnt overthink your lifestyles.
ОтветитьSo much relatable. What a genuine video in todays world of fakeness. May I get to get rid of these habits too like you did. Kudos Brov!
ОтветитьYou are ignoring science by condemning masterbation. It’s normal and healthy. People in good sexual relationships often masterbate more frequently. It’s normal. It improves prostate health. Porn addiction is a separate topic. Again, watching porn is normal. Watching it so obsessively that it harms your quality of life is something else. I think it is dangerous for you to cause boys and men to see a normal part of life (masterbation) as negative or to be avoided. It’s not a sign of a problem. .
ОтветитьYou’re a spy you Twatarent ya?XDddddddddd
ОтветитьYour vids are on another level fr 👏🏾💯
ОтветитьJesus first minute of the video hit hard
ОтветитьWhat should I be journaling for “where am I feeling all of this in my body?” Like how my body feels while doing the activity/habit?
ОтветитьThank you Cole, nice video.
ОтветитьOne of the best pieces of advice I’ve ever heard is if you don’t find the right therapist even on the eighth try just keep trying, don’t fit yourself into your therapist your therapist should fit themselves into you. If you don’t feel like they’re giving you practical applications that help & that align with you? Fire them right away. Your life is on the line, you’re paying for their service don’t feel bad for cycling through therapist until you find the right one..
ОтветитьYou’re just awesome for everything ❤
ОтветитьWhat is your view on victim mentality?
ОтветитьThank you very much you saved my life and after 4 months i felt like a free man
Ответитьso you make people feel bad with your titles and entice them to click to get the solution to the bad feeling you brought them, find a way to get views without making everyone feel bad that's so low

ОтветитьYeah, it seems borderline impossible to break out of those habits without a purpose for my Existence tbh.
Ответитьbreaking bad habits huh?

ОтветитьSomething that may not work for everyone but worked for me:
I discovered the Stoicism Community just at the very end of 2023. It's an amazing community of people nurturing discipline in their lives. It got my attention from all the Boxing and Hajime No Ippo edits on Instagram (been a fan of the Anime since 2016, perfect for this community).
What I realised that a lot of people who suffer from this lack discipline. The age range is specifically from mid teens to the 30s.
When we're in school, there's a set routine, whether we like it or not. But in college or later, you can have a lot more free time if you want. This is what is the main culprit. Most people who still partake in their bad habits do so as either a form of temporary fix, or boredom.
Discipline is something that the general populace seem to not follow in their lives today. You need to stop comparing yourself with others. You're living YOUR life, not theirs.
The only way you can escape your mind is by focussing solely on your life story. What kind of life do you want to lead? Remember that personal life is not synonymous with professional life.
The most successful people often have very shallow or non-existent personal lives. It's not that you can't have both. But most people just bite the bullet and sacrifice their principles for a chance at success.
You need to sit down, and ask yourself what kind of person you are. Take a weekend, and spend a couple years meditating and just asking your mind some questions. No stimulations. Just find your voice.
You will realise quickly how much it has to tell you.
I for an example, am a person who is incredibly susceptible to my environment. If I'm with the wrong environment and people, it will affect my inner balance. I just can't plunge myself in filth and sprout like a Lotus. I need to be with likeminded people and an environment that has morals and principles.
You may be that kinda person though. Someone who is not affected by their environment, but intra-personal factors.
We are all different, but we all need a sense of discipline to nurture our life and live it mindfully. Running away from the problems is just going to build it up further. Drag everything out into the baking sun on the spot.
Indulge yourself in Media that reinforces this philosophy. Surround yourself with people who have similar principles.
Remember, to do it all at your own pace.Just don't give up. You need to be consistent with it.
It's hard at first, but is very natural after a while.
Oooh boy, fixing my root causes is no bueno
ОтветитьI feel like this guy has a lot of free time on his hands
ОтветитьLack of friends and gf is why I continue my bad habits.
ОтветитьHorrible caption, not watching much after that.
