Turns out my Twitter account has been suspended since 2018

so, I didn't even know I had a twitter account. turns out I did and that I just hadn't used it. the problem is that no matter if I try to log in via google, microsoft edge, safari or the twitter app the same thing happens. the app works a bit better though cause there I can actually do something while in a browser I can't do anything and there's just that error message over and over again. if anyone has a solution for this, I'd really appreciate any help :D
