On 25th April I received my LOQ 14 then i7 with 4060 and upgraded screen. It is a customized laptop and already today it's the second time that the motherboard died. Very poor quality machine. Really dissatisfied with it. Will now go for a refund. This machine is not capable at all for the specifications and use cases that it claims. I just played counter strike 2 and used a few audio editing software and watched content on OTT. I have not even tried to push this laptop to its extreme limit but still it died. I would highly recommend you guys not to go for LOQ at all. The only reason I got really good customer support is because I purchased an additional exclusive premium care plan. But will surely update how difficult or easy it would be for the journey to get a refund. Thank you venom's tech for addressing this.
