Using LinkedIn to get a job offer for Atlantic Immigration Pilot Program (AIPP)

I am a physiotherapist in gujarat, india. I hv completed my graduation in 2016 and working in civil hospital gandhinagar from 2017. I have 4.5 month experience. My question is how and where can I apply for canada(priority) or any other country?

I work in the Indian Government (Defence Establishment) for the last 3 years, but I'm not able to get a reference letter because of the security issue hence I can't procede. Can you give any solution for this problem?

I am self employed since 3 years, is it not acceptable only in aipp or all of the other programs also?
It mean my self employed company experience wont accept as a skilled worker job of in canada?
