I liked your tip about the humidity and electronics. I am considering a move and have visited (SMA, which is inland and arid), but have not heard anyone speak about that particular aspect. And yes, I learned even going to Europe that propaganda does exist. People base their viewpoints on hearsay, personal experience- which is sometimes bad, and other things. If you visit a place and you encounter some bad drivers or have a bad experience then the tendency is to say the entire region or state or maybe even COUNTRY has bad drivers!...
And it goes both ways. I enjoyed my visit but I did not find the Mexican people any more warm and friendly than other places. And even where I live now in the U.S. some areas people are more friendly than others, generally speaking. There is good and bad everywhere. And there are unsafe places and circumstances in Mexico unique to Mexico...but agreed, the extent of it has no doubt been exaggerated. I think the scariest thing to overcome is our fear of ourselves and taking a step that is a leap into the unknown. But- "it's what you DONT do that you regret" right?

I could never understand why melanated people from America or the UK descendants of slaves would want to move to any country other than Africa it seems like we want to go everywhere other than home, we are more comfortable around people who treat us like we're nothing or less then, and I noticed that black women in particular run to Mexico or Central and South America Europe versus going to Africa as if Africa is beneath them as if they think that they're better because they was raised in America or the UK, and it's sad because the reason why Africa suffered as much as they have is because the African-Americans and the British Africans didn't want to help their own home from where they came from, they rather give theory money to foreigners and help out their economy then help out the birthplace of their ancestors and that's sick, this is the reason why I we are considered to be a nothing people no loyalty because we don't look out for each other and we don't care, and we think that it's okay and we think we have a right to but those places where our people want to run to other than home no longer going to be a safe haven for them for too much longer, eventually they'll be fleeing there.
