Hi sir, main ek company ( manufacturer) se kuch items purchase karke market me supply kerta hoon apne Ghar se hi, ab meri sell increase ho rahi hain aur main gst number lena chahta hoon, pls guide kariye

Sir , I got notice form gst portal that
1- as you have mentioned "selling through e commerce portal " as reason to obtain registration, please elucidate whether you are operating through a single vendor or multiple vendor . And please upload the agreement with the agrigator. And upload the supporting document for trade name.
2- upload documents in favor of the primeses as mentioned here
3- upload latest tax receipt, land porcha and trade license.
I don't have trade license , I have tax receipt and supporting document for trade name , what should I do now to get gst number

Bhai click bait hai ye...koi do din me nhi ata GST number.. inko documents chahye hotey hai 4-5 lekin upload ka option hota hai sirf 2 uspe se size ki bhi limit daal dete hai... Phr second time jab clarification ka msg aaega 7-10 din baad tb option de dete hai multiple upload ka tab jake hoga wrna wo bhi reject ho jaega ..bhai agar jaldi hai kisi ko to kisi acche CA se krwalo wrna khud try kro hojata hai... Or haa me delhi ka hu to ye case Delhi ka hai baaki other states ka pta nhi...me jhela hu bhai tm log na jhelo km se km😅
