Here’s a legit advice to seem more attractive even if you’re not genetically gifted.
1. Avoid sugar as much as possible
2.make sure your hair stays thick, if you see that you’re balding do something about it ASAP.
3. Dental hygiene is key!
4. Eat high fiber, protein also eats lots of fruits and vegetables.
5. Limit your carbs and sodium, too much of both can make you look bloated also too much carbs equal sugar in the long run.
6. Drink lots of water of course
7. Protect your skin from the sun when you’re outside.
8. Cardio and weight lifting is key, no need to look like terry crews or Arnold you need a good amount it lean muscle.
9. Skincare is key
10. Tongue and body posture is good, not only it makes you look better but gets rid of that double chin .

Sorry if it’s a lot but as a man you need a lot to be attractive now a days especially in a western society where even the lowest quality woman have super high standards
