The COOLEST Cutscene in Destiny!

Its so cool seeing these cutscenes, so many years after. A lot of things make so much sense now.

However i still long to see the Drifter do his thing. Hes got a lot going in, in the foreground and background. All of it is for one final play when it most matters. What hes been betting his money on. The Gambit.
I personally believe his actions and Eris’ will be the ones that change everything. Both of them were years ahead of us, alongside Osiris. The Hourglass. The 3 transcended their design.
What does that mean?
Was it the Light’s dogma?

As we know, all 3 now wield Darkness. Osiris doesnt have his light and can only safely flow with strand. However being empowered by Darkness must be a noteworthy thread to remember. I know the feelings for Final Shape are mixed, but i personally am grateful the story got some more breathing room. Things really are tying up for a final outcome to all plotlines.

Who's the other two she's talking about? My guess for the first one is either Mara or Elsie but who's the "forgotten blade sharpened anew" ?

It would make sense for the "hourglass" to refer Elsie Bray and the "blade" to refer Eris Morn.

Elsie, is always being sent back to that moment when Cayde just became the hunter vanguard everytime she fails. She had even grown tired of that scene but she still tries to change the outcome, to save her sister. Thus, the "hourglass counting down with infinite patience" suits her.

Eris, once lost to the hive, blinded, lost her ghost, and was even presumed dead. But she returned wielding Hive magic. With new eyes and an Ahamkara's bone. Thus, she fits the description of a "forgotten blade reforged anew"

There's also a line from the emissary that says "three have seen the way so far, will you be the fourth?" This could also hint why Elsie, Eris, and the Drifter were expecting us to be in Europa.

Is it just me or does the emissary sound like the exo stranger

I like it butttt cayde cutscenes are always top but also the exo stranger fightscene when you first meet them is bad ass and is close to my favorite cutscene in d2 (excluding cayde ofc)
