DAM Update Asset Workflow in AEM.

Hi, do u have any idea why the image preview not showing? after uploading the image, the image preview not showing so as the rendition. this happens on production autor instance. can u pls help?

How to use aem assets rendition of image to display appropriate versions across desktop/mobile/tablet ??
