Ответитьmy aws account is suspend after i submited my document for verification. i already paid my dues afte the payment of dues aws ask me for document verification and then it got suspended and i already submited my credit card statement as per the criteria of document but i got no responce till now ? experiencing very bad services right now

ОтветитьHi AWS, In a space of 15 days (September 2023) I have opened 4 different account all of which keeps getting suspended.
Mind you, these are new accounts, i have not used them, upon completion of registration i get the mail below;
"Dear AWS Customer,
We couldn't validate details about your Amazon Web Services (AWS) account, so we suspended your account. While your account is suspended, you can't log in to the AWS console or access AWS services.
If you do not respond by 09/16/2023, your AWS account will be deleted. Any content on your account will also be deleted. AWS reserves the right to expedite the deletion of your content in certain situations.
As soon as possible, but before the date and time previously stated, please upload a copy of a current bill (utility bill, phone bill, or similar), showing your name and address, phone number which was used to register the AWS account (in case of phone bill). If the credit card holder and account holder are different, then provide a copy for both, preferably a bank statement for the primary credit card being used on the account.
You can also provide us the below information, in case you have a document for them:
-- Business name
-- Business phone number
-- The URL for your website, if applicable
-- A contact phone number where you can be reached if we need more information
-- Potential business/personal expectations for using AWS

Please note that the document should meet the below criteria:
--should be legible
--should not be password protected document. Please remove the password before uploading
--should not be a screenshot of the original document
--should be a recent document (up to 2 months old)
--should clearly show the account holder name and credit card holder name. In case of bank/credit card document, please makes sure that last two/four digit on the card, Name on the credit account, address of the account holder and bank name is clearly visible

ОтветитьI am using aws since jan2024 and paid the previous bills also but now i.e. on 5 april 2024 i got a mail from aws to verify your account so i uploaded credit card statement and Aadhar Identity After submitting document my account got suspended. Now i contacted with support team if they not give access to my aws account then i will have to move to GCP cloud. Not a proper support from AWS

I signed up today, but before I could go any further, my account was suspended within 2 hours. I never received any email notification that I had even signed up. I never had the opportunity to add a payment method. I've never signed up for AWS before. Amazon has permanently suspended my ability to become a reseller too... before I even applied. I've been publishing a book on Amazon for several years, I've been a Prime member for several years, I've had subscriptions that are all paid for.. no balance due! and I even have a Prime Visa... Why are they treating me like this? I've done nothing wrong!
