ОтветитьThanks for sharing🤙🏼

ОтветитьDo you send shirts to Australia. Thanks.
ОтветитьI purchased a Dremel 3000 and on high speeds it was OK no operating issues, but when I ran it on its slowest setting it would speed up on its own accord to unacceptable levels. I returned it for a refund, but they would only refund the actual Dremel 3000 unit, not all the other parts that I purchased at the same time(Flex shaft, accessory kit , case etc), and that is a warning to people purchasing through Amazon, get the base unit and then when happy purchase the other parts over time and build your collection as you go. I have now purchased a Foredom SR and why I am watching this video. Great video and useful info.....
ОтветитьForedom uses 1/4 inch Kutzall burs. Really Hogs out wood. If you have lots of time to play Dremel is great.
Foredom has 25 habits and 6 motors. Used as standard tool for jewelers.
Thank you for this interesting demonstration.
I carve the wood with a Dremel and knives. I would also like to purchase a Foredome for carving wood AND occasionally carving soft stone. Can this model do that? THANKS !!
Thank you very much buddy! Very interesting and useful video!
I love carving wood with a chainsaw, but recently I decided to try cutting small pieces with FOREDOM. It's also very interesting!👋👍
matt you know me as lawrence,, i will be glad when you get to do some more lives miss you my friend been a while but ,,, i know you have to make a living
Ответитьthanks for sharing 5 star review
ОтветитьThank you! I am new and have a dremel 2650 and a flex shaft. I appreciate the information on the Foredom, the advice and the ebook!
ОтветитьCan I use pattern bits with this tool?
Ответитьwhat kind of dust collecter is that? 👀
ОтветитьHow noisy?
ОтветитьMan. You sure your partner doesn't own this company or something.
ОтветитьGot my SR for guitar inlays etc… awesome with stewmac plunge base
ОтветитьSit your video recording camera name please
ОтветитьI carve ivory with an older dremel with flex shaft. Given the difficulty in obtaining legal ivory now, I'm going to move into carving wood as well, fine work, high detail. Thanks for the info on the Foredom, it was the one I was leaning towards. My son bought me a new dremel about 2 years ago, it burned completely out in the first few months....I got my old dremel back out and it just keeps on working as it has for about 20+ years now...
ОтветитьI inherited a Foredom handpiece... appears to the the H.8 .. Grandpop carved NZ jade and bone and things a bit. I don't think this one was hardly used. I make wooden flutes and sculpted "blocks" (like a little totem on the flute as a removable part). I have no motor etc... my favorite tool so far is a Black & Decker battery rotary tool I removed the ass end off and wired directly. But it's weak.
ОтветитьGreat video. I’m currently using the Dremel 3000 and on my 2nd flex shaft after 2yrs of carving. This video helped me make the decision to step up to a Foredom.
ОтветитьWhat about the Foredom Tx? what is the difference?
ОтветитьI am a wood artist and I have this same tool, I use it for details and work with precision. Really recommended!
ОтветитьThanks for the vid! OF COURSE it's worth it. Supporting quality tools built in America, brings its own premium. Pride in your work, pride in your tools. Both of these helps make a purchase worth it.
ОтветитьStraight & usefull review bro. Thanks , greetings from Mexico.
ОтветитьI started with a Dremel 3000 and have upgraded to the 4300. I'm a hobby carving amateur enthusiast and it works great for me. The main reason I keep dreaming of the Foredom is the ability to run 1/4 burrs. It would really speed up up the removal process. Can't really justify the cost just yet. Maybe when I retire. Thanks for the Video Matt👍
ОтветитьWhich one do you recommend, the 5200 or the 5240? For wood carving. Please help. Thank you and God Bless
ОтветитьQuestion, will the quick attachment hand piece for the foredom fit the dremel fortiflex 9100
ОтветитьThis came up in my feed. IIRC, I critically commented on another video of yours a time back. This video was very good. I run a Foredom TX as a daily driver and also have a Foredom SR on the same stand. Foredom's metal pedal on the TX and a Lucas pedal on the SR. Both pedals are outstanding, albeit quite different, and offer a noticeable upgrade over Foredom's plastic pedal. Similarly, Foredom sells two stands: The clamp style, as in the video, and another that bolts to the bench. I have both. If you're in a position where you can pop holes in your bench, the screw down model is the better option. Good luck.
ОтветитьHave you tried the Fordham TX model? It has twice the horsepower at 1/3 HP, compared to the Sr model which has 1/6 HP? I was wondering why you picked the Fordham Sr instead of the TX model. Thanks for your videos and best wishes.
ОтветитьWhen I use a flexible shaft after 10 minutes it is very hot, how can I fix it
ОтветитьI saw in another video that you tried the Dremel Fortiflex. For carved wood sculpture what do you recommend between the Foredom SR and the Dremel Fortiflex? I also wanted to ask if you noticed a noise difference (DB) between the two motors, which one makes less noise?
ОтветитьIm just starting. I just bought the Dremel Stylo. My eventual plan is to upgrade. After I get more comfortable and better at wood work. I also am working on pyrography. I know combining the 2 is possible. That’s what I’d like to experiment with. So new to the work and the channel. Thanks for releasing the content you do. I think I can learn a lot from your videos.
ОтветитьI'm am 14 years old 😎 so no 🚗
ОтветитьGreat job, brother! I just retired and am going to get back at it! Thanks for keeping us informed and helping us to make good decisions on our tools!
ОтветитьGreat video brother! Very detailed and informative 👏🏻
ОтветитьThere you are!
Ответитьwhats better Dremel 3000 or marathon 3 and why please ?
ОтветитьAwesome info. I am diving into more woodwork now that I am becoming a gunsmith. Every piece of advice helps.
ОтветитьI love that even though this was a review of the Foredom you've got just great carving tips at the end. You never disappoint!
ОтветитьWonderful video.
ОтветитьHi Matt, Always learn something from you. That's the reason I do letters, it seems easier.
I didn't know you knew about gas pedals. ( Though you had a driver) HAHA. Thanks Matt for your video
Hey Matt, thanks for the video, right now i use a dremel Stylo, but looking into buying a dremel 4000 as it has more power. Not ready just yet for a Foredom, but would love to upgrade sometime!
ОтветитьPs .. also if you’re left handed, can one use a Dremel?
ОтветитьWhy even use a Dremel if you have a Foredom?
Ответить
