Tips for Successful Breastfeeding

I had inverse nipples or something like that, I absolutely hated breastfeeding but I admire the ladies who can.

first time around i had a huge dip in my supply and i did try eating lactation cookies, but they didn't do much. i did some googling and saw some milk supply boost supplement that i was not aware of last time though, so I'm going to try that in case i end up having another dip in supply. if anyone has any tips i would love to hear them. i do believe fed is best, but i still want to try breastfeeding again

I really tried to breastfeed my baby, watched lots of videos of how to latch him correctly but it still hurt and I know it's not supposed to. I asked the midwives after I gave birth to help, but they just said he was latched properly. I gave up after 3 days and now, 18 months later I still regret it. I'm hoping if I have another baby I'll be more successful at it

Breastfeeding shouldn't be painful is the most stupid shit I have heard repeated all over the place. It definitely is at the beginning. And it definitely is when your child has some teeth.
