I’ve got a Cupra R with 430bhp with stock turbo and it’s a Stage 2+. Stage 3 is over 460bhp at least, he has the material for it but for some reason the car is under powered.

How do you pass MOT with this? Aren't there any road-side ad-hoc controls? In my country they would take your registration away and it's impossible to get it back unless you return the car to stock.
