I think I'm going to go for it. I have a 2018 Outback Premium. No Harman Kardon but I've read you have to be careful about the starling junk. Is there a non Harman Kardin kit that's safe??

Great video. I am assuming you lose the factory Navigation. Is there any navigation on the new head unit? Is everything plug and play?

You changed my mind, i was going to do the tablet route but ill just get this. Do u know if i can use the factory microphone and does all the Harmon Kardon factory speakers work? On previous radio set ups, i sometimes strip the OEM microphone plug to convert to the new headunit setup.

I just installed mine and love it. Your video was super helpful in making the decision. However, I can’t seem to get the backlight to work on the buttons to the left of the touchscreen. I tried all the settings options I could think of. Any tips?
