"bon" can't be Felix because we know that when Bon was killing people Felix was still alive. It should also be noted that "bon" looks a bit like Jack from the start of the series

With subtitles on we learn jack went to felix’s house at 12:33am on May 3rd and when it cut to felix it was 8:56am on the same day

Boozoo was actually the one scanning, not Rocket. The kids had already been tethered to Rocket, which is how he's able to move. He's not an animatronic, although he does look like one.

A little detail that i think that's important, at the part that they're talking about the drunk driver incident, it is bozo that's activated for some reason and scans the brothers

also, in the scene right before the letter from norman, "bon" can be seen poking there head over the table on the right side of the frame for a few seconds before panning away

I'm under the impression that jack walten is "bon". He's the first to chronologically disappear, losing both his kids and the implication he was shot might've turned him into a bloodlusting killer.

The big thing I don’t understand is how it’s established that these animatronics have these central consoles and can walk and everything but in the relocate project they act like adding blinking as a new feature is insane and so advanced they couldn’t have done it before

The agonal breathing Susan makes after Bon attacks always creeps me out.
It's different to gasping for air, as it's the body's involuntary response to a critical lack of blood oxygen, and is a sign of impending death (seconds to hours). Also can include muscle spasms and shaking.
What creeps me out is that you can still save a person in this state if you get them proper care in time.

It was actually Boozoo who was trying to scan Edd & Molly's faces from the Rocket doll, when it walked up to Boozoo. You can tell from the info in the upper left corner that this is the top-down perspective of the Boozoo robot.

Fun fact - One of the members behind TWF stated that Wonderland can be accessed by dead and LIVING beings.

So my theory is that Jack Walten accidentally entered Wonderland prior to his disappearance, (possibly not letting go of his children's death just as the others are not letting go of their deaths (and Bun not letting go of his obsession with Wonderland)) Evidence showed that "Bon"'s face when he entered the animatronic in the scans is upside down, and you know whose face can be seen upside down? Jack Walten's face in the Find Jack Walten website.

The reason why he cannot leave Wonderland is because either: he doesn't know what to do / He's unable to let go / He saw Bon and the dead souls of his employees OR He CAN leave, but he doesn't want to be seen because Bon is after him too.

Also another fact, Martin confirmed that there is no GOD in TWF. So Wonderland is a limbo of the death.

I didn't notice until I rewatch now but I am disturbed at how manipulative Bon is - Not just by his actions but by his design.

His height when his head moves higher after being on the same level, and how he tilts his head unnaturally. You can't even tell his body expression anymore!

Y'know after rewatching tape 3 again i began to think that "Bon" essentially possesses the UI for the C.T.C, his appearence being derived from the software's "mascot" or stand in for the user; but from what i gathered the animatronics can only have these functionalities when they have the C.T chips inserted in them (movement, facial tracking and mapping feature) which leads me to question this: If the animatronics require the C.T chips to function in more complex ways, and "Bon" possesses the console, does that mean he can have full control of them to some extent? Which is really intriguing once you realize the horrifying implications it has with the souls possessing the animatronics and all that!

Did anyone make connections between the bear in the game and the spirit of Bon? They’re both pale with human like eyes with a warped smile. I had a feeling the bear was supposed to represent someone closely tied to Bon for a long time.
