Bhai Hacker to Hashed Password ko khud bhi compare karke dekh sakta hai. Wo apne Pc me npm bcryptJS install karke compare bhi to kar sakta hai. To encryption aur Hash me ky difference hua?

Sir for example if user forget his password, in realtime scenarios we developers should send password to his email or number so how we will send in this case by not decoding password I mean in bycryptjs we can't decode right so how is it possible to send password to the user?? I hope u understand my question
