I just got my first bottle of your hot sauce! I can handle spicy quite well but it really brought me to my limit! And the taste is just incredible! I fell in love!!!!

I just got and tried my Paolo hot sauce. Omg it is so spicy! I've hear Japanese people don't typically like spicy, so I was not expecting the smoke that came from my ears 😅

That company is going through a tough time right now because there is a huge snow shortage. If there isn't snow, then they can't make their chili's. So I'm not sure what exactly they're going to do, but I read a News article on it today from about a month ago.

Is there something to compare the taste of kanzuri to? I don't think it tastes like tobasco because tobasco uses vinegar.

We have about 200 snow days in an average year but usually even longer. 😅 Japan has the most snowfall and I would think Canada is the second. But we countries here in the north have the longest and darkest winters.
🥶 And for the snow fall we probably are in the top 5-8. 😅 Can someone switch with us? We would rather take more snow fall but way shorter, warmer and less dark winters. Winters take way over half of a year from us. 😢 It's two months of summer here and then we go again! 😂
