If you wanna get a healthy and uninterrupted sleep, just sleep in a straight position, listen to soothing music for 15 mins before sleep, cut down all your thoughts, just focus and feel your breath, feel the freshness of your bed, just feel that you are the most healthiest, wealthiest n happiest person in the world. Damn sure you will fall asleep in a sec. It's my personal experience guys.
Most importantly, sleeping in a straight position relaxes your all body parts. Trust me when u get up in the morning you will feel that you don't need a rest anymore, n you will be ready for the day.

I am 88 years old and have been battling with age related issues such as an over active bladder which keeps me awake at night and interferes with my sleep.
I am taking Ayurvedic supplements and going for Acupuncture treatment .
Mindfulness and Meditation are my daily practice and I am grateful for all the blessings received.

ОтветитьI have struggled with sleep a lot and so I have watched and read a lot of sleep related content. Everybody more or less talks about the same sleep hygiene tips but I realised the actual problem is in the restless mind.
Only now, after hearing Hansa ji, I feel calm and confident that sleep can happen with natural methods and that there is still hope :)
