Odd how you mentioned drawing back to check for blood yet you never told folks what to do if there was blood.

More gauge information would be nice. even 20 seconds more

I would like to know if u can use the an other time after ?

I lined up the needle, turned my head and coughed as I farted in as you suggested. I barely felt a thing! Thank you so much!
You mentioned drawing up to make sure you don’t see any blood. I assume that’s to make sure the needle is not in a vein. I skipped that step. What’s the risk if I was to see blood had I drawn up?

so do you have to have some air? cause ive been hearing no air im confused and scared to do my first injection

When you pull back to look for blood if there is blood what does that mean and do you have to reset and change the needle if it does?

If your on say 1cc of Cypionate a week for TRT & say did in glutes butt...if it doesn't get into muscle how much is wasted? I hate doing leg but going forward going to try this technique now on but just curious how much of a waste if Cyp doesn't get all the way into muscle, should u do another cc or wait till next week as I'm just once a week ? Thx for advice

My 57 year old son has muscular dystrophy and is just starting the two week injections. Due to him not having good control of his hand muscles I am going to do this for him. my 1st attempted injection is on Christmas Day. In the beginning I was thinking I am too scared and old but watching your video is giving me confidence. Wish me luck.

Hey, so im doing my third injection tomorrow and im actually so scared, the last time i done it, it hurt a lot and blood came running out. Idk if i hit a vein or nerve but I'm worried that i will and it's making me not sleep. Any tips or help on this?

Just gonna say that this video is spot on. When my wife was injecting my rear, there was always a very slight discomfort with the injection but, again, with this, there was no pain. The hardest part is getting over the mental aspect of stabbing yourself with a needle! Took me about 30 seconds of staring at my leg to finally say, "F@#$ it," and put the needle in. Almost thought I'd missed or something went wrong because I hadn't felt anything - I thought I would still feel something. Nope, the needle was in all the way. I actually stared at it for a few seconds in disbelief then happily finished the injection.

Now, about 18 hours after the injection my thigh started getting sore and is a bit tight - like after a good leg day workout. Is that normal or do I need to maybe tweak the method a bit?

This is for anyone who still couldn't do it!!!

I watched the injection part a handful of times and sat around for HOURS, trying to convince myself, and couldn't bring myself to do it. There was something about stabbing it fast like a dart that I just couldn't do. If this applies to you, try this; For some reason, it occurred to me that maybe doing it slow would be easier for me since I know the needle is very small and sharp. I figured I had nothing to lose because I was in full control and could stop at any time or if I felt pain. All I did was press it against my skin, apply slight pressure, and it went in almost effortlessly and painlessly. It went in far enough that it was easy to just keep pressing it in. None of it hurt whatsoever. Including pulling it out. I still stretched the skin as recommended, but I also bled a decent amount. I'm sure that was because of my method. Good luck! Can you indicate also the proper length of needle used for intramuscular injections? 1", -1-1/2", or 2" needle. Great video. Method to self-administer works great!
