Just wanted to comment that if you go up the stairs for the aqueduct directly above your head when you go for that croc, there is a skeleton wandering around up there who drops legendary sword every time...easier than killing a world boss and waiting for level 60

clim on a high point make sure you have arrows ez win, the dont even move monster just bug out XD

When I trap the crocodile he just despawns

or you can just climb up the rock formations under the black galleon and loot those chests which can drop legendaries.

its a shit game, fighting makes no sense like skyrim or othe kinda fighting game like monster hunter, AI just spams you cant kill the bosses with out these glitches and "trapping" them. sad sad game

You can get this same journey step completed by crafting and equipping the Kingslayer Daggers or Spear from the Barrow King recipe stone.

Gonna be honest never thought of this I’m the guy who just goes on a mining and killing frenzy until I’m like max then I farm lower monsters to get mats

pff... You can just kill Rhino King near the seekers town. Just take any spear and climb on the roof. Keep Hitting him with the spear and cause blood damage stack. It is more fast and easy and doesn't need building.

I was solo fighting the spider boss in the Skittering Cavern. Only problem I had was I didn't bring enough food or water! I kept stacking 20 bleed, but it just wasn't enough to kill it before my thirst and hunger would drop.

If you want to one hit them open world Bosses you have only to build stairs high enough, then build a plattform, pull them Bosses up to your plattform.
Now you pull them at the edge of your plattform, jump behind them and remove the first plate you used to build your plattform and "é vuola" he falls all the way down(be sure to build high enough) and dies instantly. I beginned with a few days ago and I have enough Weapons that lasts forever if you know how to hide your first class stuff😉

I like using Poison Arrows and about 500 best arrows that I can craft. I did get some acid arrows once and they worked good also. Able to give damage 1 x poison & 1 x acid & 1 x normal arrows all at same time. I also use different bows for each. Best bow for the normal arrows and cheap bows for the poison arrows. Just a pitty that I am not level 60. I have a lot of keys under my belt.

Fighting bos solo all i do is climb some high ground that boss couldnt reach and shot em down with bow and arrow... time sonsuming but worth it. Doesnt need to dodge doesnt need to heal doesnt beed to bother with stamina.... the only adrenaline rush during the climb. During the fight.... pretty much relaxing. Combine the arrow shot and flask throw pretty amazing though.... work like charm. Same goes with trap....

a cimmerian berserker in hardend steel armour to tank the boss and stack bleed on boss with daggers youre self. takes me about 3-4 minutes per boss.
when done use healing arrows on the berserker and move to next boss

I lured him back to this guy's base who has 4 gorrilas, they destroyed him.

Why not trap the boss with archers and have one equip poisonings arrow

I just made several walls of palisade. And i hit his head with a stone pike strong attack. He eventually broke the palisade in a spot but i just lured him back in and set another. I guess if you don't mind going afk or have no interest in making it die personally this is a great strategy tho.

Yay! It taken me forever but I killed this big croc last night it was fun, I was thirsty went to the lake to get a drink after building fort, then as im walking back to work on relieving inventory, I hear a big roar n from a distance it appeared small then I realized it wasn't the avg croc, I'm level 21 I hit croc but no big affect with sword, I ran to fort n door took forever to close, half the croc body got in I was pinned with only a little room to wiggle, it taken me n hour with sword n crossbow, before croc power got halfway down, this was entertaining but took forever n I called a friend to help finish the croc off, you can kill solo but why waste time, please add me on ps4, Name: Townpurp on Westcoast 24/7 server, American server.

Can you repair the legendary weapons?

Used my base airlock to trap him inside and knifed it to death

I use a 1x1x2 with no ceiling and hit them through the wall. Problem is some creatures bit through aswell

Place down a bunch of pets to tank and aggro it, bleed it with daggers

The way I grind bosses is by using a Tier 4 thrall with good gear

Or use snake arrows from set..... They cheap and powerfull, 10 stack poison then use bone or iron arrows. If your 60 use razor arrows (relatively cheap counting youll be having steel and hardened steel stuff from new asghart) and snake arrow combo, took me 5 min to kill him with a full accuracy spec build and a dragonbone bow (just get the thing as fast as possible from sinkhole then kill a dragon hatchling in unamed city)

Find a hill where croco can't go up, or build it, stay on it and up to 80 poison arrows kill him easily.

Me and my thrall killed this croc in like 3 mins last night. Gave my thrall the sword of crom and i was using telemiths sorrows. Shit was hella easy

I understand going into single player and experimenting with the game but you're trying to experiment with the game and play it legit like by fighting the boss with basic gear but what's the point once you've turned on admin mode you have god mode you can't die young fly you can teleport anywhere you can spawn anything I really feel like you're wasting your time trying to fight the boss legit whenever you pretty much changed all the settings in the game the boss can't even destroy part of your base anymore I mean if you're not playing it legit by yourself what's the point after that it gets like super boring if you just start spawning shittin and you feel like you have no reason to play since I've started playing single-player of I have yet to turn on admin maybe once I wanted nudity to be a thing but it wasn't what I expected 😔 what I'm trying to get to is if you're going to play single-player and try to enjoy the experience do not mess with anything in the admin control panel or it basically destroys the experience of the game for you trust me I've play ark long enough on single player that now that I'm in creative mode the game is so boring it's not even funny if there isn't some kind of struggle it's not fun

I use my army of peons to take on the rhino king

World bosses are incredibly easy, i beat the red dragon with a sandstone box and a pike

If you just learn how to dodge you can kill this boss no problem. I play on an official server and have farmed a mound of legendary weapons just from dodging forward, hitting him twice, and dodging away. Rinse repeat till dead

Not even kidding, you built your base exactly where I did yesterday.

I legit just jumped up on an out of reach rock and shot him repeatedly with a bow. Didn't even realize that it was a world boss either lol just thought it was a full grown croc but then again it was my first time playing.

My Croc boss just vanished, and i got the achievement for it. Don't ask how, Conan Exile it's an interesting game.

built a base near the water just passed the swamp bit with the crocodile

I was constantly confronted with a corrupted hyena it's hit points were immense

I managed to kill it when I starting making Steel weapons

So wanted to experiment how tough the big crocodile boss was in the swamp

I went to admin mode and spawns over 80 high-level thralls

And the croc killed all of them so I just constantly made thralls till they killed the crocodile

How gods earth it impose to kill bosses single mode when they kill you by just scratching you and you can't kill them because they just keep healing theirselves over and over

Add a few archers to the base, and the sucker should go down much quicker.

Why dont you just use daggers to stack 20 bleeds, switch to bow and go ham, keeping the bleeds up with a dagger strike every now and then and ofc avoiding his lunges?

FyI I've soloed several types of works bosses several times and acquired many legendaries. You dont need to go to such extremes, just kill it.
