Cyberpunk 2077 Update 2.2 Shows How CPDR Has Truly Gone ABOVE AND BEYOND

How about the ability to play 3rd person, make that patch CDprojectred

New game + is the only thing i want for this game to be perfect. Other then that its amazing!

And now all they need to do is add new game plus, official mod tools, and maybe add some popular mods to console like they did for The Witcher 3. Fixing How cyberware capacity works will be a plus too

Gave us fans everything but what we asked for still cool that they done something but it could have been sooo much better.

It's to late, I finished the game when it came out, I tried to play it when 2.0 came out, I lost intrest pretty quick and uninstalled it, this is how the game should of cam out, they should of waited 4 years to release it.

The game is good but what is not making me getting invested and interested is the First Person Mode, these type of game work better in Third Person. ( I like everything about this game but i hate FPS Mode that ruin my immersion. )

Update is almost useless. Why not all cars customisable? Why not all cars available for purchase? Why no weapons customisation or ability to unequip mods? Why not all clothes available for purchase? Like you still see those things on the streets that you really want, but can't have it. How hard for devs is to add Quadra Sport R-7 customisable basic model version, Mixutani Shion Targa MZT customisable or black, or steel version (they add blue version, because blue is majority favourite color 😅), Thorton Merimac MSL3 customisable basic version or black like Reed's, or gold version you can see on the streets versions, Mizutani Hazuki basic customisable version or customisable Hoseki, Yaiba Kusanagi CT-3X customisable bacic or black versions (at least you made it customisable with all those stickers), but Peacekeeper licence plate not fixed. ... It's just hard to understand.

One of the only companies thar continues to improve the games. This is at least a plus to all the future titles. They still will try to make the game run well. Yes the were deceitful at launch after they basically were in the good graces of every gamer with the work from The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt. However, You CAN trust them to still deliver a great game even if its after launch. I have played Cyberpunk when I was first out it was pretty bad🤣. I also beat it a second time after significant improvements. I need to do a three complete playthrough to see the last significant changes. My second playthrough I was impressed with how much the game changed with the overhauling of the perk systems it was really good. Im curious how Phantom Liberty is didnt get to play that one add on.

I love that they are still trying to add things people want but it always feels just little lacking, the crystal coat expansion is nice but i honestly would have wanted that to stay on the rayfields, add it to the Herreras, then have a garage type for the quadra, mitsutani, thortan, and archer cars to be modified.

This game was truly ahead of it's time, literally, it needed 4 more years in the oven lol

You know what would be really good a 3rd person mode so we can actually see our character would be nice

I don't see the point in adding new game plus. It would be overly complicated and you could just restart the game instead as an alternative to that.

They could of just added more missions or a higher level cap. I guess they dont want to do that because you have to buy the dlc to get a higher level cap.

Maybe they are just adding a couple small things to see what works.

One of the greatest games ever. The only thing id pick on is sometimes the main motorways and streets in general feel a bit lonely.

Man just add more gigs or stuff they took out the game

all I remember is the mess of the game that came out in 2020. No update can change that.

Call me old school, but I think the game should be judged in the launch window it came out. I think the Nintendo philosophy of gaming should still hold true.

Still no fsr3.1

I played 1.0 to completion and 2 times agin at 2.0. Now, I'm starting a fresh game on PS5 Pro 2.2. Every time i play through, i have a different build, and it doesn't get old. For those holding grudges against the launch, either move on or play the latest version and see how much has changed! 10/10 perfect game in 2024!

Damn in an alternate universe this would have been in 3rd person so much lost potential

They farmed this update out to the third party Virtuous. You wouldn’t just contract another company to make a random patch no one expected… so based on this and their cheeky answers during the stream announcing this.. and CDPR having new CEOs… I think they’re working on something larger behind the scenes for this game.

All of this and yet they still, for some reason, cannot let us remap the damn F key without using a mod...3 years gone and still no help for people used to using anything other than WASD.

Still a boring game with a dead environment

This game was great when first played it, the things everyone complained about just didn’t bother me. Thru my first play though it only crashed twice, not a big deal I just press one button and the game is back on. I grew up on sega genesis and nes and seeing games these days are just amazing so I look past a lot of small things I know will need fixed eventually, I think more gamers should feel like that imo

There’s nothing they could do to go above and beyond . But the game is phenomenal now

They didnt go above and beyond they lied and scammed people and owe this. There are still loads of missing features that THEY promised!

Still they havent give chance to romance Judy with Male V without mods and that is unfair.

We need 3rd person view when outside of the vehicle

I would have loved to play it but I hate first person RPG games. I just hate them. I always go for third person RPG games.

The only thing that we're missing is the AI generated crimes happening throughout the city. like, I want to keep on finding areas where enemies will constantly spawn over time

They did Above and beyond Making shitest and most depressing beggining in the game hystory,not to mention ending, this shit particular quest made me drop this shit of a game

Na yes they’re still adding stuff in the game, but they’re not giving the game the attention and what it truly deserves like I said a game like this should have at least two or three big DLC’s and a new game plus mode. There’s a lot of people out there that would like to have that so they can just play the game with a max level character at the beginning without using mods or anything. I think they should just give the community what they want before they stop coming out with stuff for this game

we still have more updates like the multiplayer

The update broke my save games and mods.

I'll never stop saying that on release with an i9700K, an SSD and a 1080ti the game was epic from the start. There were no appreciable bugs and no real performance problems at 1440p.
Once when coming back to the city from the Badlands during some bad weather there was some weirdness that went away almost immediately.

I have always had to take the performance problems as hearsay given my lack of exposure to lower end console players. All my mates on PC said it was amazing.
The upgrades have added extra dimensions to the gameplay and they are very welcome but for PC users the game was an A+++ game on launch.

I played the game when it first came out. And yes there were some problems but I still enjoyed the hell out of it. Now it's even better we'll done devs

Now if only i could get an ending where i win.
