2nd or 3rd strongest, not sure about Hashirama yet but he definitely scales over the other kage

Top tiers: all kages,orochimaru,itachi,sasuke,guy,darui,obito, jiraya sensei

Skilled ninja: regular jonins lvl like temari shikamaru neji kiba rock lee

Normal ninja fodder: konohamaru in boruto😂,iruka,tenten

As yall can see kakashi chakra lvl is now at a normal lvl for a top tier character before he lost the sharingan he would tire too quickly for a top tier ninja❤

Kakashi even after war arc is not beating tobirama kakashis chakra reserves increased but its not on the lvl of a senju not to mention the second strongest senju.Base states tobirama scales higher: stronger faster more chakra more op jutsu same lvl of genius in fighting.The one main reason i say tobirama is stronger (not close)is because if tobirama gets a sharingan he would get alot stronger[rinnegan]

war arc kakashi beats tsunade, imo pain fight kakashi is the most fair fight between them

One thing kakashi doesn’t get credit enough for in the series is fighting enemies with little to no intel and surviving long enough to figure out their abilities and counter them. But by then he has probable exhausted his chakra and can’t finish them off which is why enemies are usually very wary of having to fight kakashi a second time. (Kakazu having five hearts, Pain 5 second cool down along with ability to repel jutsu, with shared vision between pains, how to tag Obito,). I don’t think there was a single ability he didn’t understand and figure out a way to counter. Might be wank but I’d put money on him figuring out how to counter flying Rajin.

Okay I know I'm late to this video but I just found it so the Retsuden novel has officially been translated and there's like 2 light speed statements and Kakashi mentions he's stronger than he was when he fought Obito and Madara

I dont know why but I feel that naruto is kind of weak without kurama and because of the nerf they gave naruto when he became hokage

regarding kakashi vs tobirama, all tobirama's water style jutsus are useless against kakashi because in the kakashi retsuden novel kakashi has another new jutsu called fire style- water mist which takes the form of a huge flame bird and moves at incredible speed to the opponent, this jutsu is capable of snuffing out massive water style created by the sage of six paths chakra ninja tool even with the elemental disadvantage.

The Novels weren't written by Kishimoto and it shows. they read like fanfiction. The books wank hokage kakashi and Itachi and Shisui so much it's embarassing.

So by that logic, Hebi Sasuke could beat Tobirama using chidori stream????

kakashi's fight with koji does not mean kakashi was going all out. Shinobi sometimes fight in steps. the raikage is very fast, but he doesn't always begin a fight with his top speed.

it was also stated in the kakashi retsuden that kakashi was able to react faster than the eye could follow.

War arc kakashi was able to keep up with kcm 1 & 2 naruto. with kamui he was really powerful. the novel clearly states , kakashi combat powers have significantly increased since he fought Obito & Madara. we haven't seen much from him in the boruto series so far. so lets not limit him. kakashi is insanely powerful right now because he became stronger than he was. A ninja does not need a shringan, kamui, or sagemode,etc to be powerful, they can train. minato, tobirama, hiruzen, etc are shinobis who trained and became fast and powerful. shinobi can get stronger when they train, so lets not limit kakashi, ok guys.

kakashi was able to fight on par with kashin koji and caused Kashin koji to run out of the fight. Kashin koji at base was able to take out a 10% karma jigen and 10% karma Jigen scales higher than jigen in base form. base jigen was able to compete on par with adult naruto and sasuke. Might be a stretch but this feat and scale puts kakashi above every hokage besides Naruto. I could argue that kakashi would solo every kage 1-5. I believe Kakashi is the 2nd strongest kage. this is a video topic I wish got more attention but also I wanted to add something related to purple lightning
since in kakashi hiden he was able to create a thunderstorm with purple lightning
the strength of his purple lightning should be somewhere above a 20 kiloton nuclear explosion since thats the amount of energy the average thunderstorm generates and we know kakashis storm was anything but average
pretty impressive I never really expected kakashi to be this strong but I guess thats to be expected since he lost the strain of the sharingan

I see Kakashi scaling to or above the boruto era kage that aren’t Naruto. And they could be scaled over all the hokage (but Naruto) through their fight vs momoshiki, Gaara does well vs momoshiki who is leagues above the madara he fights in the 4th war.

Regarding the thunderstorm jutsu Kakashi evades in the Retsuden novel quick enough to make people question if him losing the Sharingan was just a rumor to mislead other nations. Y'all need to understand this feat is combination of speed, experience and skills in hand to hand. When Sasuke and Lee went at it during the Chunin exams on chapter 37 page 24, Lee reminds Sasuke that even though Sasuke has the advantage with the Sharingan's eye of insight, Lee's physical stats more than make up for that. On top of that...between the end of part 1 and the Time-skip, Guy taught his rival how read and anticipate moves by looking at the individual's feet.

Sakura was easily matching Shin if not beating him, despite the advantage he had over her. Kakuzu and Zabuza both had the drop on Kakashi at times. Orochimaru dodged Kakashi's Raikiri at point blank range and Killer Bee was overwhelming Sasuke. It definitely can be done. Kakashi has improved his physical strength.

Third strongest at least imo. You can probably argue that hed logically scale to or above the current kage(not naruto) and as such to characters like kinshiki, personally i think thats a fair assumption but if you dont hes 3rd

As far as the Kakashi vs Tobirma/Minato matchup goes, Kakashi can win(not saying he does). Due to his experience fighting his sensei(granted Minato was suppressed), I do think that Kakashi has some understanding on how the jutsu operates. I don't think he can evade to the FTG, but I'm sure he can anticipate it, and adjust accordingly. He can use a Lightning Style Shadow Clone as a trap and/or Purple Lightning stream to defend himself againts it. It'll definitely make Minato and Tobirama hesitant to use their signature move. But again...I'm not sure.

There are different stages to Kakashi's reign as Hokage. Anyone who's read Lightning in the Frozen Sky could tell you that Kakashi was never weak as Hokage. From casually knocking out 19 year old base Lee to fighting on par with Kahyõ, running Purple Lightning over spilt wine🍷etc.

I think people took the meteor scene out of context and used it as a means to reinforce what they already believed. the meteor headed towards Konoha was like 10x as big as the ones the other Kages had to deal with. The women with the glasses(forgot her name) literally said “a massive one, 6 o'clock!” When Sasuke showed up to save the day😎 Sasuke said that when Naruto isn't around, he(Sasuke)is the only one capable of protecting the village. That includes Tsunade, Sakura, Lee, all the inner gate users and Kakashi. Sasuke destroying the meteor is a testament to how powerful he is, it's not an anti feat for Kakashi.

The Raikage used chakra cannons, the Tsuchikage and the Mizukage stopped 1 or 2 tiny meteors but failed to stop the others. People interpreted this scene how they wanted. The reality of the situation is that Gaara was the only Kage capable of protecting his village entirely. Do people really think that the other Kages are stronger than 7 inner gate users A.k.a “The Suicide Corp", all tapping in to the 6th Gate of Joy!?🤣🤣🤣. That being said, I do believe the events that took place in the last inspired Kakashi to get stronger.

Kakashi's reign as Hokage started when he was 32 and ended in his early 40's. He was Hokage for so long that it would be ridiculous to think he didn't hone his skills. I mean think about it....Nanara isn't even 10 years old, and yet he's heard legends about the 6th Hokage his entire life and knows every single technique Kakashi has developed over the years.

Overall i theorize that Kakashi got a amp to his base after getting six paths Chakra (Just like Naruto and Sasuke)

Through reading novels, watching Six’s video in ranking hokage and various discord tier lists/discussions, I’d put him over Minato and maybe HASHIRAMA

Okay, so the one Hokage who is downplayed as much as Kakashi is Tobirama.
They're actually amazingly similar in deduction, intellect, fighting style, even reaction speeds.
I'd be willing to give some good arguments for Tobirama being Kakashi's skill level.
Tobirama's water style is nasty, but the jutsu Kakashi needs to worry about are Tandem Paper Bomb and Flying Raijin, both of which have perception blitzed controlled Juubito multiple times.
As well as figuring out how to harm 6P Jinchuriki using Senjutsu, and how the orbs negated edo tensei regen.

PL is a great defence, however FTG is stated as 'ripping open space and time', wondering if Kakashi could use that PL shield if Madara decided to dodge it post tanking every single Bijuu smacking him like an Uchiha ping pong ball lol. Sticking ~5 paper bombs onto Juubito while being cut in half means marking FTG isn't a big deal in this fight, coupled w/ the fact a non-edo Tobirama could definitely create more than 2 shadow clones.
Edo Tobirama's FTG was only reacted by Alive SM Madara, mostly because Madara's been used to fighting him throughout the warring states period. In that post off-screen fight a really important statement is said where, pitying Tobirama, Madara announces: "You even used to boast the fastest speed of any shinobi". Which is basically an admission that by whatever means Hashirama and EMS Madara were not as quick as alive prime Tobirama.
To be put into the same weight class as 'the god of shinobi', and then to surpass him in one area of combat is NUTS!

This is just a chill explaination for why I personally see Hokage Kakashi vs Alive (stronger) Tobirama
as a much more balanced fight rather than a one-sided stomp.
