ОтветитьWorkout was nice! I did modified version because I'm listening to my trainers who just approved cardio back into my life 😅 but only LISS. Still got a good sweat in with Toya. I'm new here an just subscribed idk their backgrounds but they transition so damn well into the next exercise it's dope! Juice looks like he played football or soccer and Toya basketball or soccer. A great pair to workout with. Much appreciated ❤ and thanks for including the warmup and cool down!
