two days later, after quite on set aired That Girl Lay Lay was announced to be canceled. but there’s no real answer why it was cancelled.

Now we can be honest sonic 3 and knuckles will save paramount

Comedy central is awsome since they give so many great shows to watch but MTV isn't good at all in fact all they is do is spam teen mom and its so damn annoying like I wish I was around when MTV was atcully good

Oh man it's horrible what's going on Nickelodeon these days but I don't watch anymore fairly.

So sad to see Paramount Global going downhill and I feel so bad for Nickelodeon now since they just really fell off in the last 10 years and now has become a complete pale shell of it’s former glory,now relying on SpongeBob stuff and Loud House for money. Also,the impact of the Quiet on Set documentary and several recent Nick shows being taken off Paramount+ recently really harmed and hurt Nick’s reputation completely.

At least this is why I stick to Classic Nickelodeon stuff than the modern ones(the 90’s-2000’s era was golden,the 2010’s era was mixed bag,and now 2020’s Nickelodeon is just terrible) and I feel the studio,Paramount Pictures and the CBS Network are the only parts of Paramount Global that have way more heart to them than the other parts of Paramount Global(such as Nickelodeon)now,since CBS is still doing well as a network with recent hit shows like Young Sheldon and Survivor and Paramount Pictures is still going strong with recent hit movies,even having a great winning streak of box-office blockbuster hits back in 2022 thanks to Sonic The Hedgehog 2,The Lost City,Smile,Top Gun:Maverick,and Scream(2022) and will have a even better and competitive year this year with Sonic 3,IF,A Quiet Place:Day One,Transformers One,and Smile 2.

I was gonna say Paramount is way better than Warner Bros Discovery, but after seeing what’s been happening recently… yeah…

Paramount might go out of business given at the moment the government is getting hate due to other reasons and many other Hollywood studios are bleeding money fast 😂

Update: Paramount Network/Spike now spams Yellowstone, I love Paramount for this stuff.

It is genuinely impressive that Cartoon Network made a comeback with its scheduling variety, as opposed to Nickelodeon and its sister channels which sadly won’t do the same anytime soon ☹️

Weird thought about Paramount being bought out. What if, Since Sega is having the knuckles show on P+ and upcoming Sonic Movie 3, "If" Sega bought Paramount, wonder how that'd work

What’s Paramount, and Nickelodeon can’t go out of business besides if they go out of business I have to watch something else in another channel besides, how many TV channel companies are going out of business and it feels like that every TV channel company is going out of business and besides if every TV channel company goes out of business, that means no more TV shows

Them going bankrupt is just unlikely. They make most of their money on ad revenue and they’re a huge company so then going out of business is never going to happen. Plus, the government can just bail them out or Paramount and Nick can be declared as historical landmarks.

Nick needs to go back to making good Nicktoons

Brian Robbins is the head of paramount pictures and Nickelodeon. He is an old friend and Partner of Dan Schneider. He is as much a bubble dweller as anyone. Paramount and Nickelodeon mtv and vh1 and all are going under. They will never be reformed

MTV has been declining since late 90’s. It was nothing like the 80’s with continuous videos 24/7 and the same goes for regular VH-1

I’m on the fence on the documentary since it felt kinda sensationalized at some points. Not to mention the fifth episode was unnecessary. I didn’t even watch it and just watched the Ms Mojo video on episode 5. For that reason and also because it was made for Investigation Discovery and all I thought about was that Warner Bros, pre and post Discovery, should suffer the consequences of their own decisions. And Disney Channel needs their own installment as well.

Nick, Disney and Cartoon Network have been sabotaging practically every show that isn’t a spin-off, sequel series or reboot for like the past 5 years now. They only have themselves to blame.

SpongeBob would end if Nickelodeon themselves ended

The only reason paramount puss is still kicking is because of the older shows.
Im willing to bet, that if they try to delete the older shows we grew up with, and kept the new crappy ones, than it wouldn't last as long.

Why the hell does Nicktoons air 24/7 SpongeBob when the main channel does that most times anyway(except during nick@nite and the 4 hours of preschool programming they have for some reason). Teenick only airs The Loud House and Henry Danger. Who is in charge of this programming and scheduling?!?

I don’t really watch cable TV anymore, but sometimes I pay a little visit to these channels to see how they’re doing, and well… I can’t help but laugh when I see there abysmal schedules 😂 How can you call yourself a channel when all you do is spam one program 24/7???

Everything you said is on point, but as of this moment, I think TeenNick is spamming The Loud House and The REALLY Loud House with the occasional movie thrown in there to spice things up a bit lol 😂 Gone are the days when TeenNick was actually a channel that played teen sitcoms and dramas…

We all know VH1 is a shell of its former self, and MTV proper might as well be renamed RTV, but I actually do like there sister channel MTV classic. The Channel has a pretty solid schedule (though, it does tend to show certain music videos more than others), and I actually appreciate how MTV classic shows variety in genre unlike MTV Live… I feel like if MTV classic was a lower tier channel, it would be way more popular

future networks will probably either go down the realitytv\repetativeprogram route or go over the air at this point

I really wonder what the Skydance deal will end up doing regarding this situation. Feels like alot could end up gonna happening.

While it is a decently sized company, it's not one of those companies that makes big headlines often, not from what I've seen.
