Breaking: Man Utd and Newcastle Utd out of the FA Cup. Newcastle Utd: The players visibly looked "unhappy" from the get go (with the new tactics? Being over trained? Being under trained?), Gordon looked browned off from the get go. With the exception of TONALI and Isak and Debravka who all looked in good spirits. I think a match fit Barnes, Botman and an improved Targett will make a difference. Drop Schar (or play him up front with Isak like a say Cole and Ferdinand duo), drop Tripps (not 100%) and rest Bruno for the cup game. Eddie's Tactics look different. If it's not broken don't fix it Eddie. Game day changes and team selection look dodgy sometimes. Certain talent on the bench not used sooner enough. Fresh legs not used sooner enough.

We're lacking quality depth in the back, the right side, and up front. (January window come and gone). Players are either too fatigued unfit, not match fit. How is this possible? Fatigue? Keegan versus Bruno? Did International Keegan get fatigue as a player? Ever? I don't remember, Keegan, Shearer, Bracewell, Ferdinand, Beardsley, Ginola etc getting Injured or fatigued all the time do you? Now Hall is injured. How? Retire Pope, Tripps and Wilson. In this day and age older players can't cope at a constant high level with league, cup matches, so many games etc. Players like Schar (better up front) and Fraser are showing the inconsistency of Miggy. Finally, Busby's Babes, why isn't Eddie using our young talent enough? Ferguson or Busby would've done. They're ready he's not willing.

Finally, Eddie has to LISTEN to what we fans are saying. One game Newcastle United can look like the best team on the planet, the next game we can look like Accrington Stanley on a bad day. There are inconsistencies and irregularities. We want the team to be consistently winning and playing great and regular in terms of fitness, making great game day decisions, etc. Also, Football is a simple game, don't over complicate things.
