Jobs would eviscerate anyone under him who showed the individualism and initiative that he preaches. He was a huge bully who was excellent at spouting motivational bs when the camera was turned on.
ОтветитьGood video. But I don't think that Steve Jobs actually talks fluidly. He had certain fluidity in his talks, but .. um... ahh.. you see when you put it natural, when people see that your trying to really say what you exactly wanna say, it's kinda okay and even good to show that you really trying to figure it out, what exactly do you feel or think. Especially when somebody answering complicated questions for them I often take it almost insulting when people answering fluidly, without any hesitation what to answer. Steve is not like that. He really cares about what he heard and what to answer. And it's okay in that kind of situation to say some um.. and ahh... Just make sure that you well spoken when you certain and know exactly what are you saying. It's sincere.
ОтветитьIf you actually read Ed Catmulls Creativity Inc he describes a journey Steve Jobs went on learning to express empathy and compassion it was right around 2000 where this transformation began. Ed Catmull stated that everyone who worked close with Steve and saw the transformation stayed with him to the end.
Furthermore, NONE of the Jobs’ associates agreed to be interviewed by Walter Isaacson so be careful with your conclusions. The more empathetic Steve Jobs is the one who put Apple on the vector to being the number one company on the world. Fatherhood and Pixar’s success where Steve Jobs could not be be so arrogant because making a film is not his expertise tempered him which generalized over to Apple.
after seeing these videos, him and ashton kutcher both looks, voice, manuerisms and personaliry were identical
ОтветитьGreat assessment! Steve Jobs was quite a character and an incredibly influential person.

ОтветитьWar is is war. It’s about real death. And men having to deal with it the rest of their lifes.
Comparing war job in a work place is silly
Apple's 'core' value - ahahahaah. Oh wait - pun wasn't intended.
ОтветитьMake one on Jeff bezos as well
ОтветитьHe literally pulled up a metaphorical map of a battlefield in his head during a conversation.
ОтветитьApple, at its core...Are some seeds and maybe a worm
ОтветитьI found my gift of leadership and encouraging after seeing this video
Ответитьwhy are you always talking so fast ? that's annoying

ОтветитьSteve Jobs is a Legend but is it just me or does he not look kinda like Tom Cruise ? Another Legend
Ответить$ also works
ОтветитьGreat video!! There have been so many people who have tried to emulate Steve Jobs, I think very few have taken the time to try to understand Him
ОтветитьIt's almost like you're recommending forced ignorance of all obstruction. That's obviously a terrible idea. I suspect that Jobs had quite a talk with himself before he commited to something. You don't join someone because you think he looks persuasive. You join someone because you think he's right
ОтветитьIt is crazy that this applies to Tesla and Elon Musk as well.
ОтветитьMAGA : Make Apple Great Again
ОтветитьThe guy was very off putting to me.
ОтветитьYou talked way too much in the video
ОтветитьIt’s pretty simple
Step 1: wear cool shades
Step 2: put your index finger and thumb finger at the end of your chin
Step 3: act like your thinking
Step4: done
This breaks down to raising the morale of your team, and why real leaders are needed.
ОтветитьCERTAINITY
ОтветитьDonald Trump is a ruder version of Steve jobs ...they have similar conviction
ОтветитьPlease do more Steve Jobs videos! The man is known has one of the most savage and inspiring business people of our time. It’d be a shame not to fully analyze his personality!!
ОтветитьPut a dent in universe
ОтветитьGood advice! Thank you
Ответитьwhos wathcing this for owlypia
ОтветитьHis speech is so cheesy. Just like Apple products. I don't buy any of that. I think such simplistic wording in such a huge company is meaningless. Your thousands of employees are never gonna remember any of that fancy words you make up for products of mass consumerism.
ОтветитьActually Steve jobs managed through fear, employees were afraid to get on the elevator with him
ОтветитьAm I the founder of The Soldiersofselfmastery Movement?
ОтветитьThis video should be watched a min of 5 times.
ОтветитьMost of the people who are watching this video is because of Owlypia xD
ОтветитьThe one thing I've come to terms with concerning career placement/leadership capabilities: You are who you are. I, somewhat, believe in the Great Man Theory where some people are just naturally wired for certain career paths. Take a politician for example, only certain people have that kind of charisma to always appear upstanding, even though everyone still knows about their scandals. For example: You can see from a mile away that people like AOC and Omar are NOT real politicians; they're just misplaced flukes, who managed to sneak in. The same goes for top business executives, entrepreneurs, and REAL actors, etc... They have the correct mix of drive, charisma and insight to be wildly successful in that particular field. Sure you can groom/be groomed, but you'll NEVER be as intuitive (naturally successful) as one of these people. You just won't. Like Dirty Harry says: "A man's got to know his limitations."
ОтветитьTalk slowly , make points , slowly and complex and simple to hear , so what you say in video can be understandable betterly
Ответитьwhen I try to talk with people about my vision , they say that, I sounds fake, not feeling it, I but was indulged in that vision,
Can you tell me what is happening!???
This is from my Android phone(cause I can't afford an iPhone).Apple would be just a piece of glass if it wasn't for Steve Jobs. Apple has fans who don't own a single product like me. Can't believe what Apple has become today
ОтветитьThis explained about the difference decisions can make really well!
ОтветитьAwesome Video!
Does anyone else think that Steve in his early years sounds like Ted Bundy?
அருமையான தகவல்
ОтветитьThe war motivation is what made PewDiePie vs T-Series a huge deal.
ОтветитьI see it very interesting that Jobs' management style was quite far from the styles that leadership theories are recommending nowadays. I think that one of the biggest reasons for Jobs success as a leader was that people did know what to expect from him. Even though he was not the nicest guy, people knew what they had to do to implement his vision.
