These are not yogic remedies. It's no no way connected with Yoga or Yogis, but they're use of herbals. No Yogies earned its patents. Whatever you suggested are remedies with herbals and people of all ancient cultures had good knowledge of applications of these herbals like turmeric, tulsi (basil), ginger etc. Most of the modern medicines are extracts of these herbals.

mere 4.10 year old bete ko 3 saal ki age adenoids hypertrophy hai or pichle 7 month se night or morning me cronic cough hoti hai , mouth breathing , snoring bhi h ..maine ent se treatment liya hai par nasal spray se koi effect nahi aya.cough surf montair lc kid syrup se hi cough band hoti hai .running ke time ya mitti me khelne se koi issue nahi hota ...rice, puri, juices, boiled eggs, Tandi chizo se jyadya problem hoti hai ...kya ye bhi asthma ho sakta hai ..pls reply kare ...mujhko kis doc se consult karna chahiye...ent , allergist, pulmonologist..🙏

Gargling with mulethi tea or just drinking it can help reduce the severity and frequency of sore throat. It has anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and immune-building properties.

Thank you so Much for this. I just grabbed two garlic in mouth and break them, not chewing..just open the inner part. And trust me within a minute my pain was gone. Just put a bowl of garlic near my table where I'm working, will be sucking them each and do my work without any distraction. Good night.

For those who suffer tonsillitis i care about you and I'm also facing the problem like u i suffer for 10 days if u want cure please follow my step carefully, take immune booster Syrup ZINCOVID CL 15ml 2x a day for 15days plu Limcee 3x/day for 10 day, Chlorhexidine gargle/povidone iodine gargle 3x a day for 7 days, Amoxicillin+ clavulanic acid 30 tablets 3x a day for 10days, Tablet Aceclofenac+Paracetamol+Serratiopeptidase 2x a day after food for 10 days. Hony and ginger mixed and drink many, hope u will be ok.
