Although they did catch a lot of this fish, it's sad because this fish is a predatory fish and do not hunt in schools. To have this many of the same species together usually means that they are being preyed upon by a bigger fish, whale, dolphin, orca, but most likely they are all together for mating purposes. To take this many of the adult breeding fish, will leave no eggs, babies for the next few generations. They've wiped out what took years to get this many of them together to breed. Let's see if they will get this many of this species netted again next year or the year after that, or the next year. Let's see how long before they see another big school of this fish species, I wonder if the kids will remember this or will have to wait till they are old to see it again in their lifetime.
