Bill Cosby Victim Andrea Constand Settles Lawsuit Against Montgomery County Prosecutor

Just curious but...Has anyone ever asked these questions before?

Was there a rape kit done? If so, where is it? If not, why not? Why did Andrea Constand settle out of court for $3 million in 2005? Why did Andrea have an affair with Cosby? Why was Andrea at Cosby’s house after 11pm? Why did Andrea Constand call Cosby 30-40 times after the alleged assault including Valentine’s Day & for tickets to his show for her & her parents? Why did Andrea Constand call, meet up & strategize with lawyers & judges on rape cases instead of police? Why would police believe all of Andrea Constand’s inconsistencies & weak allegations the first time. Why did this case even go to trial? Why did the new DA focus his election based on the promise to incarcerate Cosby? Why didn’t judge T. O’Neal excuse himself from case when he had a a conflict of interest? Why did all those women lie? Why don’t they show those women’s mugshots & criminal history? Why don’t we say “innocent until proven guilty anymore”? Why did the media have ability to convince the whole country of a person “guilt” despite the fact the case hadn’t YET made it to court,& the stories were inconsistent & had ZERO eveidence? Why is Cosby in jail? How could this happen? Could this happen again? Does this set a new president for future cases in America? Are we guilty until proven innocent? Could this happen to me? Will these women face consequences? Does lying about crimes not deserve punishment? What the fuck is going on?
