How to Add Audio in HTML using Notepad text Editor

Please NOTE:
If you are inserting Audio from another Folder/Directory Then please add file:/// Before your File's Path.
Like This:

Wait, do we need a end tag for the source tag also?? I mean i am using spck editor(in my phone) and if the end tag is needed then the app automatically gives an end tag but in the source tag it never happens

I have two questions if you don't mind me asking. Firstly, I had to use the full path from the security tab in properties. How do I enter the html for mp3, wav and ogg using the full path? Secondly, I want to use the finished audio file on the website I'm building. To do this the web builder says that I need to copy and paste the html into the site. How would I do this? Many thanks
