I feel like if you can roller blade, I feel as its the same way.
ОтветитьI fell so bad in whistler wearing snowblades. Broke my collar bone
ОтветитьI have the ski skates with snowboard boots and bindings. I’m not good at ice skating but I am good rollerblading. These are like both together. I stop like I have ice skates on. They are very fast so sometimes when I stop I end up over compensating and end up in a 180 or 360 and then keep on going. Going backwards is fun but if you catch a bump you’re going down hard. I’ve had no problems hitting ice patches or fresh powder. Reaction time is great I can avoid people very easily it scares the krap out of them…I have been stopped at a lift till they see the ski skates and go what the??? Followed by a nice!!! How are they? I also find them useful when helping my kids learn to snowboard cause I can get really close to them with out having the issue of my board in their way. They are also not as expensive as some people think. Especially if you have boots already (around $300 add about another $350 if you need boots) my snowboard w boots and bindings ran $500+$350+$300 total $1150 then add tax. So these really aren’t expensive. Get them learn something new and have fun!!!
ОтветитьNah I'll stick to rollerblading the streets.
ОтветитьI sowbored but I ice skate I’ve played hockey so
ОтветитьI wanna see somebody go really fast with them
ОтветитьThanks guys. This is awesome tutorial video. Actually, I am using the Skiskate, but it is not even sliding. Would you please give me some tip how/where shoud I place the binding for 275 size of hardboots user?
ОтветитьJust did my first run today no clue how to stop though lol
ОтветитьJai commande depuis 3 semaines au début tout va bene ensuite un email un Sms et puis plus rien ! Plus moyen de revoir ou suivre ma commande ?? Est ce de l arnaque
ОтветитьSki skating on hiking terrain is NOT easy. Terrain on hiking trails are not usually groomed conditions. I feel 30 times yesterday in 30 minutes and I am an experienced snow and water skier (including slaloms)….sigh
ОтветитьI do figure skating, I would like to buy the ones that translate the best to that, and in general I don't like to go very fast. Would you recommend Snowfeet or Skiskates?
ОтветитьJust wondering I ice skated for 9 years, how does this compare?
Ответитьjust use regular skis, This is too specific more for artistic madness.
ОтветитьI just bought my first pair for winter season!
ОтветитьIf I was 20 years younger I would try these for sure
ОтветитьWow! I just got back from sking in Colorado for the first time and... I HATED IT! The skis are wayyyyyyy to long, heavy, clunky, and you need immaculate upper body strength to move forward since you CAN NOT walk with those long heavy skis! I felt hopeless and Paralyzed, after three hours of trying and just not having any fun just pure frustration and hell I finally ripped them off and went hiking and I felt so much better and free! I said to myself I wish I could Invent ski’s that where shorter so you could walk and use your heel to stop, I also openly spoke to my boyfriend whom Is an amazing Ice skater and plays hockey for his team every Sunday that it would also be cool if there were skis that where built like ice skates ⛸ since ice skating is like riding a bike, hard the first time and easy once you start doing it ever so often.. low and behold we leave Colorado after talking about wishing there was something like this made in the universe and BOOM I was on Instagram and the ads where trying to sell me snow feet and ski skates!!!! TWO items I wanted to make in my head while I was on the slopes with my long ass skis stuck in the snow feeling like a stuffed Sumo wrestler because you have to wear so much clothing in cold inclement weather and feeling paralyzed because no one understands skis ARE HEAVY!! I’ll be 100% trying both these items next year when I go back to Colorado to Conquer the slopes the right way! I’m sure I will fall for the first hour or two, but at least it looks fun while doing so! Falling with 50 pound skis is an awful feeling. Thank you for making something I’m sure I would have made I was considering getting children’s size skis so I could walk and move more freely, have my legs back you know lol. I’m reading the reviews right now, nothing but positive feedback! I’m glad someone thought what I was thinking of last year while I was on the slopes having the worst time of my life a few weeks back!
ОтветитьFor those wondering, these are really good. I personally got some for my gf and I so we could slide down the hiking trails in Canada. We really enjoy them, really fun to use, I am pretty inexperienced when it comes to skiing but I don’t fall to often, only little downside for a beginner is how to brake, it’s hard at first. I got the base model. :) really my favorite thing to do this winter!
ОтветитьPow?
ОтветитьHello, although I haven't tried yet, but the board length seems to be a source of stability, would you consider a little longer, I will have more options, certainly not more than the real double board lol.
Ответитьsnow boards, snow skis, too slow. I'll stick with my 30 year old 195cm downhill racing skis
ОтветитьI have had my Snow Feet for two years now and LOVE them!! So much easier than snowboarding and skiing, for me..
Ответитьwauw
ОтветитьWhy are they cost so much money.
I think, that the cost you made one pair is like 20 dollars, but you sell it for like 80-100 dollars
Snowfeet seems to be really slow on a ski slope. They are easy to control but can't go anywhere.
ОтветитьDo you have them for size 15
ОтветитьI cant seem to keep speed
ОтветитьJust ordered a pair Monday.can’t wait to try
ОтветитьJust ordered a couple of pairs for my daughter and me! We had the worst year and need to find some joy in the year to come:)
ОтветитьI do figure skating and I really want to try these, normal skis just didn’t really work for me. Definitely trying this out!
ОтветитьI just bought a couple pairs of Snowfeet X. Do most mountain resorts accept these on the slopes?
Ответитьso ski skates are better for powder than snowfeet?
Ответитьwill this work on powder?
ОтветитьI bought these a year ago, they are awesome.
ОтветитьOn my pair the metal edges aren’t sticking out, they are levelled with the plastic. Is it how it supposed to be? If not , how can I make them stick out?
Ответитьbro you should make more videos, this is very high quality stuff concise, all important stuff
ОтветитьI remember these, I had a pair of sled dogs in 1998.
Maybe this time around snow skates will catch on like sled dogs did not.
Niw I finally know how to brake.
ОтветитьYep. I’m doing this.
ОтветитьDo you need snowboard boot bindings with Snowfeet, or are just the boots and Snowfeet ok?
ОтветитьHow hard is it to switch from skis to these? I have been skiing black slopes with short skis for years.
ОтветитьDefinitely not a new winter sport! These are just a variation on Sled Dogs which came out back in 94, they were a lot of fun on groomed slopes but never really caught on.
ОтветитьThis looks awesome! Do you think these will be in stock during the Christmas season?
ОтветитьI usually ski so should I buy ski skates or snowfeet
Ответитьall the sudden I have the idea of cosplaying a character while using these 🤪Cant wait to get these this snow season!
ОтветитьFinally a tutorial!!
