ОтветитьDon't forget penn rod combo pursuit or fiierce light or medium light and change the reel daiwa legalis or shimano nasci
ОтветитьI just wanted to stop and give you props for such a great video. You are obviously a master at your craft and it shows. You just gave so much useful information in one video! Ill need to watch multiple times to absorb it all. Very well done!
ОтветитьYour camera person needs to do better. Close ups and you need to show more slowly for us beginners
ОтветитьGood video for beginners. But I've been trout fishing for62 years. I use browning ultralight 5 ft.rods with 4 lb.test Berkeley mono. Don't waste money on lures or power bait all we use is miniature marshmallows on a #8 long shank hook. Put a bead on your line about 3ft above the hook with a 1/4 or 1/2 Oz slip sinker. Cast out lay down the rod in a holder or stick , take a real small bobber and pull in a little line attach bobber, let it hang just above the ground. Fish hits bobber will go up the line, if it comes to the bank the bobber will drop. I take a paper clip, straighten it hang on line other end clip on bobber. I catch 200 trout each year before memorial day in pa. If they aren't bitting that well add a meal worm to the marshmellow.
ОтветитьBEST FISHING CHANNEL OUT TJERE. This guy explains everything so nicely so my dumb monkey brain can understand
ОтветитьOh halllll yeah dude
ОтветитьGreat video. I fished for the first time today and had no idea what I was doing. I feel like I actually stand a chance on catching a fish tomorrow, thanks to you
ОтветитьSo helpful thank you
ОтветитьThank you..
ОтветитьThanks for your videos. I am in New Mexico just catching small stocker fish rainbows this is using your techniques. I want to catch larger fish and not have the fish swallow the hook. One mor thing I’ve had my blood knot come untied a few times any suggestions. My trout floats on order but I made up a rig and that setup got me one can’t wait till the right equipment gets here. Thanks for what you do. Loved the cutthroat video
ОтветитьGreat vid mate, I love how you talk fast and punch the info out really fast and fit so so much into the vid. Fuckin A+++
ОтветитьGlad I watched this before heading to big bear this weekend with my son!
ОтветитьYou can also use a barrel or cone shaped sliding weights much like a Carolina rig for the powerbait. Works great and casts a mile without having to cast hard keeping the powerbait on the hook.
ОтветитьIt's lead you can bite it all you want it's softer than you even if you're 10 ply
ОтветитьThanks Dad!
ОтветитьNot going to lie, this was informative. This guy knows what he is doing!
ОтветитьHey just wondering is there any creeks around here longview wa that have wild troute fished the usual spots won't name Haha bit all I get is lil guys looking for some idaho size troute
ОтветитьFree gold guys! Wow learned a lot thank you!
ОтветитьWell done and you covered many different aspects.
ОтветитьCast master has been my favorite since I was a child.
Ответитьwhat size is that Panther Martin Classic and are you saing you used 20 puond line to spool reel? Is that a general purpose go to weight?Last question that rod description says line weight 2-6 pounds but you put on 20 pounds I am confused.
ОтветитьI am new to fishing I bought a rod on Amazon and had a hard time putting it together I have no idea what I am doing I haven't caught anything yet but when I do I watched a million videos on how to prepare and cook them I just need to catch one
ОтветитьReally good instruction vid 🎉
ОтветитьGreat tutorial video, I'll definitely will try your method to catch some fish. You're really deserved a subscribed!
ОтветитьSo you use braided 20lb line as backing and then 8lb fluorocarbon on top correct? Sorry newb here...
ОтветитьLEAD, toxic, don't bite.
ОтветитьSpeed kills
ОтветитьWhat is the best first rod for someone just starting
ОтветитьYou could also slide an egg sinker onto your main line before tying on the swivel so that the fish doesn't feel the resistance of the weights dragging on the bottom; aka "Carolina Rig"
ОтветитьThere's a mosquito on your right forearm!!
ОтветитьGo Jordan
ОтветитьShout from Scandinavia, nice work man 👍🏼
ОтветитьHow to fix those plastic threads?
Is there a replacement kit?
The trout in the mountain creek behind my house love a spinner with some hairs on it like a fly. They hit it every single time.
ОтветитьThank you for sharing your knowledge with your viewers. I have fished for trout for more than 50 years, primarily stocked trout in reservoirs. I just had an "ah ha" moment when you tied on a barrel swivel rather than using a snap swivel. I no longer need to store hooks with tied leaders! This will be much easier for organization in my tackle boxes! One question is what are your thoughts on the use of a sliding sinker above the swivel rather than split shot when using floating power bait? Thanks again!
ОтветитьSeems like great tips and all, but is there a point where you catch something?
ОтветитьHahaha dentist and MOM out there. So true.i can still hear my mom yelling at me for that
ОтветитьExcellent video! One thing I'd add is that when spooling the reel, make sure the line is oriented such that the line is coming from the bottom of the spool so that it will match the way it's going on the reel, else it will nearly jump off the reel.
ОтветитьI used to pull a layer of self vulcanizing tape before putting braided line on my spinning reels, it works great, but I found that just putting three or four turns of line and then do a kind of version of a hangman's knot works almost as well.
ОтветитьGreat video very useful 👍
ОтветитьVideo👎😎
ОтветитьThanks for a great beginners guide
ОтветитьI am a cheap -o. Allocate some of the wife's frozen Peas/carrots & corn I keep some fish oil from my catch (maybe day before) I put some on my lure
one corn one pea one carrot after my lure set up is done I always wipe with fish oil on my leader but Iam only using 1 rod lake fishing
some people say that Iam "chuming"
am I ? please comment I never put / pour fish oil into water
Fishing in 30 ft of water how to only fish 15ft down and not the bottom?
ОтветитьToday i caught a 5-6lbs 20.5 inch large mouth on a 1/4 oz orange crawdad rooster tail spinner just like the one you held in your video :) first time using it, 4th cast into a muddy pond in the back corner. Epic! Rippin line. Used sardine lunker lotion also. Great video also full of excellent tips! :)
ОтветитьThis was the best start video for new fisherman I've seen. Thank you so much for all this info, learned a lot!
