ОтветитьGot a terrible cramp on my right upper thigh at the end there 🤣 ouchy. I couldn't cross sit after that but I'm alive and I'll be doing it again. Feelin' pumped & cramped all at once 😂

ОтветитьI collapsed and started crying, my wrists cannot support these poses. I have a new job starting next week that requires lots of upper body strength. I need to get stronger. I suppose a trip to the gym might be in order. I hope I can do this one day.
ОтветитьI’ve done this about 5 times now and it’s getting easier. I feel like I can do 2/10 of a press up, rather than 1/10 as it was initially. I’ll take that as great progress. Feeling good. Glad it’s only a 12 min thing 😂

ОтветитьAs someone whos never done yoga, and thought my upper body strength was more than it is. I did a full plank during the first three, then had to do a half plank for the next ones. Horror was on my face when we needed to do a full plank. Trying to boost up my strenght in general so thank you Adriene!

ОтветитьIs it normal that my wrists hurts? I broke them as a kid. I'm fine with the half exercise thing, but the last part I had my wrist giving up on me. I slipped like a fool. I laughed it off, but just wondering. Anyways thanks for sharing :)

Ответитьlove it, it was too hard for me but that exactly the reason to improve. Your beginner excercises really toned down my legs/butt. Like legit, no joke. However I did feel the need to incorporate some more upperbody strenght because thats the part that gives in easily. This will help being incorporated into the routine.

ОтветитьHow do you stop your wrists from hurting like hell in plank?? My core isn't enjoying it much but my wrists (and my knees in half) hate it even more. It's frustrating because I know I could do way more without breaks if I didn't have to keep going back into child because my hands are screaming
ОтветитьShaking in plank is always good its all heart to flow by it. Can finally focus on the breath instead of losing my level mind. Thanks for everything Decided finally to minor in yoga. Im at that point.summer semester back to school. 100% YWA since my first mat. I was first introduced to it in a veterans hospital but, it was chair yoga. Thanks again A! ОтветитьI was able to stick with it until the little twisty thing at the end and that was not a possibility for my wrists. I’m so surprised I made it all the way to the very end except for that. Excellent, challenging work out.❤

ОтветитьAfter a round of Move, I jumped around to see what other kinds of flows were available. Move had me thinking about my own mindfulness quite a bit and this particular segment required me to tap into that mantra from one of the days in Move "my breath is my anchor, my anchor is my breath," because I was shaking my life away during these 13 minutes lol. The floor was there for me tho :) I can't wait to try this one (and other practices) again and use the "shake factor" to determine how much I've grown in the poses, or in this case in the pushups.
