A VFD also works the other way around,
I mean, if I have an electric generator that outputs 200Hz and I need 50Hz, will it work?

Can you tell me what is the 3D simulation software you used? It is just beautiful. Thanks

Good explanation..

Does V/f also remains constant in vector controlled VFD ?

i.e. if a motor which is rated as 460V/60Hz is made to run at 30 Hz, does the voltage still remain 460V ?

Noob question. According to efficiency curve IM is approximately 4% of slip for maximum efficiency. why not just lock the slip to that range so the frequency varies as load changes, then we just control the voltage and frequency automatically lock for 4% slip range so we have max efficiency and precise control? because V/f control not adapting to the load only good for constant load.

Excellent. Normally, the switching is done by IGBT. So how many IGBTs are there.? Thanks.

Video is OK, but in one crucial moment when you explain loosing torque beause we do not have more voltage, music in background is so loud that is your speech and explanation useless. Best regards.
