for windows I tried to re download it but I don't think I got a notification that mentioned about downloading any packages which I assume might be important? unfortunately It only appears as a blank black screen when I try to go live as I was testing it, but hopefully there's a solution for that. I'm actually using streamlabs OBS so if that's the issue I'm note sure but yellow duck did say they were supposed to be compatible with streamlabs so I'm unsure how to fix this...
