Thanks❤🎉!!!
ОтветитьGreat video Lee. Those low squat hops are awesome.
ОтветитьThank you for this. I've been inactive for a while due to an injury, now in rehab for my shoulder but was thinking I should start leg presses. WTF was I thinking? My legs were never as strong as when I was doing martial arts. So...back to horse stance I go. And build from there with this three exercises.
ОтветитьHi, Mr. Weiland. I am experiencing what physical therapists/physiotherapists call Patellofemoral PAIN or Patellar Tendonitis. What is/are your take/solutions to this condition?
Ответить💥This was an incredible wealth of info. Thank you 🏆🏆
ОтветитьAre belt squats still ok?
ОтветитьCan you recommend a training center in the Baltimore Maryland area?
ОтветитьThis looks like a cult.
ОтветитьHi new subscriber. I am knock knee, and my knees tend to go inward when i attempt to squat down. Usually i have to place a dumbbell behind the heel of each foot in order to squat down. So i am struggling with this position. Any suggestions? Thanks.
ОтветитьRead Delavier books and you will discover that if your tall
Doing squat and bench will destroy your body in a matter of time
Thanks for addressing us old folks.
ОтветитьIt feels as tho with enough horse practice, I will soon be powerful enough for levitation. Thank you 🙏
ОтветитьHey brother, so, how does this work for a man who is 59 out of shape with severe asthma. Can't run at all. I'm 5'10" and around 230-240lbs. Thanks for your advice.
ОтветитьHorse stance every morning from here on out. I was looking for something that would be easy for the mind and neighbors at 5 in the morning: no reps, not a lot of movement, no sound, simple, boring, same every day, not too easy either. Thanks for that one
ОтветитьI’ve been doing Spanish squats with a heavy band for 5 sets of 30 seconds as a part of treating an IT band issue. Just tried the horse stance squats and got 1 min 45 sec…so a bit better than I thought.
However, I’m rubbish at the other 2 exercises so a lot to work on there!
can u do these with knee arthritis?
ОтветитьEgo has destroyed the gym culture, people care more about the number of plates than over all health benefits and performance.
ОтветитьI have back and knee I cannot do squats I cannot do heavyweights I go to physical therapy at least like once or twice a week. .
ОтветитьThanks!
ОтветитьI held the horse stance 1 minute on my first try, hardest minute ever. Ok new goal set! Edit : 2nd move my arm are parallel to the floor and gradually going down.
ОтветитьHow does one squeeze these conditioning exercises to their current training schedule. Any examples are welcomed. I would love to get some idea on how often you guys do these, or when. Thanks in advance.
ОтветитьI never did any squats, ever. Squats always cause injuries and DESTROY your body. I always used leg press and hack squat machines. But I did more isolation work and spinning. I could leg press 700 lbs at 120lbs bodyweight and ran a 46.3 400m in college. All these meatheads that recommend squats WANT you to get injured. Remember two things: free advice is seldom cheap, and misery LOVES company!
ОтветитьHi. So, with the horse stance, do you suggest performing this move everyday, along with the desired time and/or repetitions? Thank you for your time.
ОтветитьI love these exercises.
ОтветитьSquat is a man made game. In real life we use legs alternativelly, most of the time.
ОтветитьQuality friend I am 62 1/2 lol this is the correct fit/fitness for me. Thank you.
ОтветитьFirst: horse stance with arms out to the side building up over time to 5 min or more. Can do in intervals or reps.
Second: deep squat with arms raised vertically building up to 5 minutes can do for reps too. Keep back straight and core tight when doing reps.
Third: deep squat jumps into the 50 rep range. Can use tabatas. Can do laps around an area. Don't pause in the standing position only in the deep position try not to pause at all.
Fourth: single leg squat. Build it up by focusing on stability, keep the heal on the ground and reach a point that you don't need to hold on to anything.
Fifth: single leg squat jump. build up to adding a weighted vest. Can also do single leg squats while holding weights
So again, i wanna go to the classic gym. How to train save with weights?
ОтветитьTRUE - Russian Bodybuilder vitaliy ugolnikov weighing 125-127 KG injured himself guess posing at a Brazilian bodybuilding show jumping of the stage, so all his leg muscle and strength suffered from this jump🙃🤪😜😝😐🤨🤨🤨🤨🤨
ОтветитьSadly, I met a man at the bus stop.....he had tried to lift part of a 600 lb engine.....it broke his hip. Now has 2 legs with height difference. Uses bicycle.
ОтветитьWhat if I have an ACl sprain and knee joint effusion.
ОтветитьThese are great and I've been doing the horse stance for a while now since I can't do weighted squats due to knee injuries. Also, unfortunately, I can't do any type of squatting with legs below around a 90 degree angle so the squat jumps may not be suitable for me
ОтветитьIt cost me a blown disc to learn this lesson, that if you can handle your own body weight with good form first, THEN you can safely add weight.
ОтветитьI'm training calisthenics for every body part seriously and I tried holding the horsestance the way you recommended. I held it 2 minutes with my legs shaking uncontrollably as I was reaching the end and my legs just gave up, my quads were so exhausted I couldn't even walk normally for a while.
ОтветитьThank you very much! you save us...🙏👌
ОтветитьWhere are your training studios located? I’m in Paso Robles California
ОтветитьI’ve been working out for years but not like this I’m going to start following your principles at the age of 62
ОтветитьDo you like Baithaks?
ОтветитьI’ve had 3 spine fusion surgeries. Jumping…say of my tailgate of my truck and it’s serious slam to my entire spine. Do you still recommend your movements ? I don’t squat. I use 5-6 different machines. Sucks. I use to love squatting.
ОтветитьThis is the best fitness channel I have seen by far, love it.

ОтветитьI wish you had a gym/school in Tokyo
ОтветитьI can do these and wall sits for over 15 minutes, too easy
ОтветитьA deep squat has never been an issue for me. I can hang out in one of those basically forever. The horse stance on the other hand...
ОтветитьWhat do you think of the sumo shiko excercise?
ОтветитьI barely can make the minute mark!! No more squats for me until I get this down…
ОтветитьI can do the first 2 for about 30-45 second reps. Just started my attempt at healing a pars defect spondylolisthesis l5s1
Suffering 15 years with flexion pain. Will take this advice along with McGill big 3 has helped tremendously. I’m 41 and try to stay fit but the back pain has always held me back. But this time might be different
If refocusing my training starting Monday with what you said here and other videos I’ve watched you do. Sorry I can’t sign up for your program now on a fixed income so maybe next year. Good tips thanks.
