Day 3: this workout is great. Taking a long break after the regular sumo squats. Doing better than the first 2 days though

I couldn't make it past half time yesterday. I'm back again today but I keep pausing to catch my breath. I'm sweating so profusely. I'll maintain this workout for one week, switch to another for another week and then come back to it. I hope to see results by the end of this month and I'll be back to drop my progress report. Thank you for this workout ma'am

Day 1 - I hated it so much, esp the squat hold 😅 I lasted only 15secs there. Will return in 2 days. Onwards!
Day 2 - done! Squat hold is still difficult. Onwards!
Day 3 - done! But I stopped midway bec of period cramps. Onwards!
Love your videos. I prefer to do 10 minutes of one muscle group followed by another group. 10 minutes seems challenging enough but that's because the exercise you choose are very effective in that time span.

ОтветитьThis is perfect thank you. I had 3 vaccines yesterday and my arm is sore so this was perfect and I’m now adding it to my rotation. I’m always scared of trying leg workouts but I really need to do them and this was ideal to get me started and feeling strong.

ОтветитьThis looked almost easy until I tired it. I can’t bend as far as you, and I need to steady myself for balance with the wall. I haven’t exercised in forever and I’m over 40 so I guess it’s my own fault but I don’t think I can even do this.
ОтветитьHi, thank you for your video! I just didn't do the last exercise because I decided to start as a beginner. So, my leg day routine will be: 10 min of cardio, this video and then I'll practice the current choreography I'm learning (most likely from k-pop). My leg days are on Mondays and Thursdays.
