Power Rail Splitter - Virtual Ground Circuit

Mine is shorting out and drawing current without a load. The mosfets are getting really hot too. Do you have any idea why it would do that?

What is the purpose of the resistors in the gate path and feedback path please? 100KΩ is quite big.
